I love the plants available for every season. The prices are very good compared to other stores.

Almost every single plant was dying or dead when I went a couple of nights ago, and that's not an exaggeration. Even if I had found something I wanted, I would suspect it would have pests or disease. It looked as if it had been abandoned for 3 weeks. It was actually hilarious but also I'm never shopping for plants here again

This is for walmart pickup specifically. They WILL NOT answer the phone to check in. I tried calling around 10 times. After 8 they started hanging me up after the second ring. This is pretty crappy customer service.

It's a Supercenter Walmart, so this can mean increased people watching opportunities! That alone makes me smile, but due to it being located in upscale Dulles Town Center, it's not the train wreck I love to seek out. All kidding aside, Walmart has just about everything under one roof. They have some deals on whey, socks, underwear, and sometimes on grocery items. Oh, the fishing section has incredible prices on hooks, swivel sets, and the like. Unfortunately they sold out to the progressive/regressive crowd, and no longer sell firearms, and I'm not pleased at all by this. In fact, I purchase less from them because of it. How's this store compare? It's huge and parking is more than adequate. Lines can be frustrating at check out. Even with the self service kiosks, expect a rain delay on the way out. Do I recommend this store? Yes, for certain items, but for a lot of products online is how to get it done. The employees here are easy to find, and I must say all are helpful and polite. As for electronics and high end items, it won't be confused with Best Buy, but television sales here can be a great bargain. If in the area I'll stop in here, but these are all across the fruited plain.

Living in Ashburn for over 10 years and NEVER visited our local Walmart's! My son from New York visited this past weekend and heard that they stocked a particular brand of cheese Pimento Spread and he brought a freezer bag to carry several back to NYC (where its either not available of costs 12X). Its easy to find across Dulles Shopping Center and a huge parking lot. No issue getting in with a fac mask and the store is so large its fairly easy to social distance. Everything you would want to find is available. Groceries, clothes, fine food, a pharmacy and in-store banking, nails...very impressive. Very quick check-out especially if you have a few items and there are several express check-outs.

Not my favorite wal mart. Parking is plentiful but parking lot lighting is a bit better but still worry about my wife going alone. Wal mart's can get really messy with product on the floor, missed place cloths etc. This one is not bad when they are not busy. The produce always looks like it's near the end of its shelf life. This is probably one of the better stores in the area.

Really love the option to order groceries and pick-up. The system is super simple, efficient and no-contact pickup policy. I really appreciate this option especially as someone with an autoimmune issue. These guys are organized and quick. They're working hard and I hope they remain healthy especially during this time with coronavirus. They have a great selection of certified gluten free items which is why I drove out to this location.

First time I have done a pick up here and it was horrible! I waited close to 10 minutes or more. I had to roll my window down because the associate with my order stood at parking spot 1 and I was at 8 and he yelled for me to come to him. Then walked away when I did and came back and stood 2 inches from my window with his mask off of his face and asked me my name 3-4 times. He was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him. Then disappeared and said nothing and pops up near my window again asking me to roll it down to ask about substitutions, again without covering his face. Now I know why this walmart has the earliest time slot. I will wait and go to my usual Walmart at Dulles Landing. They are very polite, punctual and clean. And this is coming from a front line healthcare worker so I know how tough these times are. But if I can smile and be nice and pleasant doing what I do then come on I expect at least half of that putting groceries in my car! And keep your mask on and stay 6+ feet away! I take enough chances at work with my patients!

Walmart Pickup - my order was placed 2 days prior to pickup pickup scheduled for 4-5pm it was after 5 before I received notice that my order was ready. When I showed up the pickup area was backed up. Only 1 employee was out running orders to cars waiting. I waited 45+ minutes parked in pickup before my order was run to my car. Never had an issue when using other pickup services (try Harris Teeter instead!)

I understand things are tough now, however I had a horrible experience with grocery app using Sterling, VA super center. BEWARE! They say things are in stock and charge you for full order. On day of pickup almost my entire order was out of stock. They charge you though and hold money back for 5 days. Your online items are not guaranteed. You have to compete with shoppers in the store. Pickup is a JOKE! Then if the call them you get routed over seas and people are not helpful at all! Fleecing of Americans!!!!! Would not even give 1 star if I could

Warning: Do not take your car here for work. I brought my new Honda Civic to this location about a month ago to get new tires on they broke the "low tire pressure" sensor and refused to even look at my car let alone fix it! You've been warned.

It is a 20 minute wait to get sliced deli meat no exceptions. They only have one person working behind the counter for both the deli AND the hot food. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Not a big fan of Walmart to start with but thought I would put my political opinions aside and make a small purchase online. The day I was supposed to pick it up, I received an email that it was on back order. I immediately cancelled that order but never received an email saying it had been cancelled. Simply showed "cancellation request" on my order. Received an email today that my order was ready to be picked up. I called the store 4 different times throughout today and each time an employee would pick the line up after 10-15 minutes on hold and simply hang up without saying anything. The 5th and last time, after 10 minutes on hold, the employee actually answered and asked how they could help. I started to explain that I wanted to cancel an online order and was immediately put back on hold without any explanation. After 10 minutes, I finally gave up. My debit card has been charged. Not sure what will exactly happen when I do not pick up the item. Horrible customer service. Walmart used to be a leader in the retail business. Amazon has set the standards so high that unless Walmart makes drastic changes, they will not survive. In the meantime, I will gladly wait until tomorrow to get my package delivered to my house for free from Amazon. Goodbye Walmart!

29 minutes on hold with security and no one has gotten back to me after initially answering. December 11th 8:38-9:07 pm. Guess I'll go pound sand...hopefully the next person that calls doesn't have an emergency
