Use to be better. I was quoted almost $300.00 for a simple pair - no transitions, or other features. Went down the street to America’s Best and got the exact same frames and prescription for $154.00. Do better Walmart!

Been coming here for years and I've never had a problem here, Jeovany & Melinda are incredibly helpful every single time. Definitely come here if you're a Spanish speaker especially.

Amazing I went there as a walk in and they took me right away and the test was quick will a little paper work and prices were amazing! I will definitely go there again.

Our experience ordering glasses was fine, nothing special. Actually picking up our order has been a nightmare. It took 9 business days for them to call and let me know on a Saturday, an hour before closing, that they were ready. I couldn't go that day, so I went on Monday since the website says they're open on Mondays. No one was there. So I returned on Tuesday, and I was told they couldn't give me the glasses because no optician was there that day. Apparently it's state law, which seems ridiculous. So I get to return for a third day to try and collect my order. Very frustrating.

I received a voicemail yesterday (Sunday) that my child’s glasses are ready for pickup. The message stated they are open Monday 9am. I showed up today at 9:30 and one of their associates is just sitting there on her phone. She pointed to a sign & told me dispensary is not in today (they didn’t show up). Therefor I will need to come back another day ???Prior to that, after receiving the voicemail I returned there call. This gentleman answered, he said they may be understaffed so it was best I come on Tuesday. I told him I don’t mind waiting, I am unable to come on Tuesday. If he was planning to call out then say that! I would rather know then driving 25 min to leave with nothing.

The frames I purchased have both fallen apart since I purchased them in March of 2020. I purchased the progressive lenses with my prescription and insurance and regret that day.When my glasses arrived they did not fit / adjust them for me and told me they could not do that because of COVID. The first set the screw fell out and the lens fell and scratched on the asphalt and put a nice pit into the lens.They were good about the warranty and replaced them.Now the other set has also failed and will be returned again. Same issue.Money may be a factor when buying glasses, but the time you will waste is worth the dollars you saved in aggravation and fumbling around not able to read.

My #1 choice to come for glasses for 2 reasons. Firstly, they offer much better prices on frames than other shops (Walmart prices!). Secondly, the Optometrist next door is very knowledgeable and competent. Highly recommend both places.

If I could give it zero starts I would give it. Today I had an appointment at 2:20pm, and I had to get out of my job 3 hours early to get to my appointment. I waited 1 hour inside walmart and there was a sing that said " we are on break and we will be back at 3pm" Later a employed came to us and said they where open on the other side and it was 3pm already! There was no sing where I was sitting at so I didn't know, and when I went to the other side the lady told me I had miss my appointment when I had been in the other side since 2pm! She even told me to make a new appointment for next week. I just left because they can't put a single piece of paper to let their customers know what is going on. I was going to pay for everything I don't asks things for free. This is bad customer service and the worse place to come. Now I know why it had such a low score. Don't waste your time coming here, and if you do check the front and back because they don't even say that and will make you reschedule.

They are not friendly, they didn't help, I've been there twice last week trying to have my glasses. I and my family members got glasses from there for 4 years with same insurance company. They asked me to call for option , the new ee is not help at all. So we will not come there anymore.

Horrible customer service and very limited hours. They take about a 2 hour break in the middle of the day for lunch — who gets that much time for lunch?? Are they being paid? We arrived at 12:55 and a sign out front said closed for lunch until 2:30. Crazy considering how far we drove. Will go to a better facility next time. You get what you pay for or not.
