Don't waste your time at the Sterling Pharmacy. Go to another Walgreens' Pharmacy location. Couldn't process my insurance at this Walgreens for a Flu Shot, so went to another Walgreens where they did. I'm tied to Walgreens pharmacies.

Most useless place, it's a pharmacy but they don't Flu shots without appointment even though there is no one there waiting. NEVER GOING TO ANY WALGREENS. Not sure how they are still in business.

Very kind employees. I came in looking for a special shampoo for my skin condition and there was none on the floor and the ladies working at the front went to the back and got it for me.

Phamacy Service has gone down hill in the last year. No text notifications or phone messages when prescription run out. I suspect Walgreens will be gone soon.

Wow, I was shocked that the ratings for this pharmacy are so low. Everyone I've talked to has been super helpful and nice. They've helped me track down out of stock meds and worked to transfer prescriptions sent to some random pharmacy. I know pharmacy workers are often overworked and stressed so maybe just being kind and patient has made thp difference. I so appreciate the driver-through too. Sometimes there's a little wait but I don't mind - I'd rather wait in my car than go stand in line, inside. The website and text alerts are pretty nice as well. Unless they start messing up my actual medications or I move away, this is my go-to pharmacy!

So unbelievably slow. I'm sure the pharmacy staff is overloaded with filling prescriptions so I cut them some slack on time to fill an Rx, but when there's a dedicated person at the drive thru and it takes 15 minutes to handle three pickups, something is wrong.

Alexia at the pharmacy is the absolute best. She went above and beyond helping me get my prescription filled. She's a great employee and works hard to help her customers.

All staff is rude but manger “LORA” is at top of the list,I placed online order which was cancelled after the pickup time and when I asked to help me to transfer to new store and manger Lora refused to help me, when I asked what I should do she responded go and complain against me, although at this store I had bad customer service experience many times but today after seeing Manger Lora I found that why is customer service is so bad and she she is on the top of the list, will never visit this store again they are not helping and very rude. I wish I could have given star in negative.

Good night. I only want to talk about a single person who is an employee of this branch. Her name is MEAZA i my personal experience i can say tha she has been chosen to serve customers. MEAZA is the only employee who is willlingto help you whith everything i need in the store, she never says no unlike many of the empoyeeswho work there, MEAZA her if she knows what the word customer service is. she is very sweet and she is always welcoming you with a greeting. i feel comfortable when i arrive and i know that she is there to help me She is very attentive to anyone who asks for her help. She wishes all employees were like that. Blessings MEAZA.
