Vitta's mobile team in Frederick replaced a windshield for us. They were easy to work with for scheduling and service. Left things clean. The cost was competitive/fair. When an issue came up, they sent someone out again and fixed the problem without a hassle. They stand behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Called yesterday and was told my windshield would cost $275 if pd in cash. No recycling fees. No fee for mobile service. Visited their shop today, which was locked due to the crew being out on calls. Safelite quoted $360 plus recycling fee of $40, plus fee for mobile service so about $440. Vitta is operated by Angela and Sam. Both very accommodating. Angela is especially nice. Give them a chance to do right by you. My insurance has a deductible, so all is out of pocket here. Vitta crew came on time; took about an hour; no issues.

Small, delightful company that does an excellent job with installation and superior customer service at a real savings! They beat other estimates, stayed in constant communication throughout the process of estimating & installation, and even drove me to a local library so I could continue my workday. They even tidied my car before returning it – what a lovely touch! Highly Recommended!

Had the pleasure of great service, not once but (unfortunately) twice, to have them replace my windshield when a rock hit it. They are courteous, punctual, and competent. Highly recommend!

I called on a Monday afternoon to get a quote and scheduled a windshield replacement for Wednesday of the same week. Originally I scheduled the repair at their location in the morning, but I plugged in the wrong address. Fortunately, they were able to come to my office and do the repair on the same day. Communication was great and they responded via text, which was convenient. I’d recommend their service over Safelite based on price, availability and service!

2000 Toyota Tundra rear glass replaced. Excellent service and for a good price. Safelite quoted $900+. Vitta did the job for $500 using OEM parts and done within 24hrs of me contacting them. Thanks!

Timely, inexpensive, with hard working guys. I recommend them highly. Two other companies ordered the wrong windshield and wanted to charge me 300 to 500 more. Go with these guys. They are really good!

Don’t recommend. Read the positive reviews and thought this place might be a reliable option, but I was wrong. I've called the Sterling location 4 times over the past week in attempt to schedule a day/time to have my windshield replaced. There has been a repeating pattern of me calling, being told to text my address and the make/model of my vehicle, only to be ghosted when asking what day/time they can replace my windshield.I finally was able to schedule a definite date for today (Jan. 13th), but nobody ever showed up. It's completely understandable if you're backed up with service requests given the recent winter storm, but what's inexcusable is poor communication and stringing potential customers along only to ghost them. Below is a timeline of my experience.Wednesday, Jan 5 (first call): Called to see what their availability was like to replace my cracked windshield. Also sent pictures of the damage and received an estimate. With the recent winter storm, I was told to call back a few days later, which is completely understandable. Was told they could possibly schedule a time for Friday or Saturday.Friday, January 7 (second call): Called again to see what their availability was like and was told they might be able to replace my windshield Saturday, the following day. Provided my make and model again and was told they would call me back. Never received a call back.Monday, January 10 (third call): Called a third time and was told they were backed up until Thursday, January 13th. Again, completely fine with the wait. I asked if we could lock in for Thursday. Was then asked from another phone number to text over my address and the make and model of my vehicle again. I asked for a rough time window of when I could expect the windshield to be replaced but received no response.Tuesday, January 11: I asked again for a rough time window of when I can expect to have my vehicle replaced. I'm told via text from the same phone number that they can replace my windshield between 12:00 and 2:00pm on Thursday, January 13th.Thursday, January 13 (fourth call): I reached out via text to see if someone is still coming today between 12:00 and 2:00pm. No response. I called the location, and they had no record of me scheduling a time. Was told that they can come tomorrow, and again asked me to text over my information. I have texted my address, but again, when asking what time they can come I get no response.
