I just wanted to thank Juan for being such a great help with my transition to a new office. I got a new insurance that isn’t accepted in this office anymore but he was very responsive with checking my insurance first and following up to inform me it wasn’t accepted there. He’s been able to provide everything I needed in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. Exceptional service even when gracefully leaving the practice. So when you go, ask for Juan.

This store has provided me with friendly and professional service consistently. I’ve been coming here since I moved back to Va (over 4 years now). The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Also, this store has a great selection to choose from. I’m totally satisfied with this location! Many thanks!

There was an issue with my insurance saying I had already used my exam for the year and the employees here were so extremely helpful! I had a quick and smooth appointment. Dr. Mohanan was kind and knowledgeable. I will be back for sure!!

Came back because of a Prescription change and some bad choices during my appoint a few months ago. With the 100 Day Guarantee, I was able to do an exchange. Juan handed me over to Lina today and she did an awesome job. Very knowledgeable. Kept a smile on her face.

Juan is of the most personable & professional staff I have ever met in my years of taking-care of my eyesight. The man will bridge the gaps and make things work for anyone, and does so with humility and grace. Dude is a gem y’all hold onto that big fella. Rosie also does her thing! Customer service is awful. The girls at the front desk are unprofessional and rude. The girl kept asking me dumb questions. She asked me for my first and last name, then asked me if I was sure that's the only name I go by bc she couldn't find me in the system ... then I specifically told her I ONLY wanted to add the anti-glare to my frames, nothing else, but she kept asking me if I wanted to add other stuff ... she also answered the phone in the middle of helping me and had a very friendly conversation that should not have been had while helping a customer. She obviously didn't listen to me and I felt like she was dismissive and careless.I also felt it was unprofessional for them to be playing Lil Jon in the store. It's a doctor's office, not a bar.The other Visionworks location I went to in Ohio was great, so I know not all their locations are unprofessional - it's just this one in Sterling. They need new employees or they need to better train the ones they have now.
