Wish I could give zero stars. Typical govt agency. Does not work. Lost my package and all they had to tell me was "wait 30 days and you file a claim". Awesome. Why don't you just do your intended purpose and deliver them as promised.

The folks who work at this facility have bent over backwards to help me when I needed it. I have a P.o. box there and if they don’t see me regularly, they check to see if everything is okay. There have been times where they have had to explain something a second time and they have done it with a smile. I get a hello and a smile every time I go in there.

Great location and very nice staff. Exceptionally quick service, I thought it was gonna take forever when I walked in and saw the line but the staff moved us right along and I was done within my 15 min break from work!

Ranier in the passport department was amazing,, we applied for our sons passport today and he was super friendly and accommodated us as we even forgot to bring our check book, I was dreading this appointment but my husband and I left so happy with his Sevices, he was even joking with my son and my son said he was so nice. Thankyou !!

The passport officer she does not understand her job, she needs lots of training. She also does not understand exceptional regulation... such as shame lost one month appointment... now have do ur again

Well. I have never had a good experience here and try to avoid this place. But I needed to send a gift overseas and the usps usually is pretty good. That's what I used to think. So I filled out all the forms and then gave the package to the clerk. He then put the wrong country into the computer. Even though the forms clearly state the right address. So one month later and I check to see the status. It was supposed to go to the Republic of Georgia and he entered Albania into the computer. Absolutely careless. It wasn't even that busy. Yet he rushed through the process recklessly.No refunds. No recourse. Just a loss of $200 on my part. This is just unacceptable. Can they only hire people that are meant for fast food work? I can buy another watch. But imagine if it was something more important. You can do everything the right way just to get stabbed in the back by the incompetent third world USPS. Totally disgraceful.

I applied for a passport at this location. The staff member called me a couple hours later because she forgot to have me sign the application with her as a witness. I could not come back until the next day so she said I could come the next day and sign it then, and also said she would leave a note for the staff in case she was not there. When I went the next day my unsigned application was already sent out by the office. Now I risk missing my trip and might have to pay another $100+ fee to submit another application for the future.

All the staff without any respect for customers,THE EMPLOYEE WHO WORKS BEHIND THE BLUE DOOR spoiled, arrogant, it doesn't cost anything to be nice and at least look at their faces when we talk to them.

If there were a way to rank negative stars, this would be the place. Person who answered the phone, John, was very rude and hung up on me. Allegedly only one person, Kevin, can handle missing packages, yet they go missing for hours at a time on "lunch" whenever I tried calling. They have yet to find out where my missing package is; a huge, conspicuous appliance box. Highly unprofessional, grossly incompetent, and severely disorganized.
