I sent my son to this store with an online return of six items in a box. The UPS employee said there are only five items so that is all that I am telling the company you returned. I called the store to discuss and again the employee insisted there were only 5 pieces. I drove to the store to see all the items and yes, there were six pieces. The employee said that he counted everything in the same pattern as 1 item. I asked what could be done. He said we can’t accept this return now. You will have to deal with it. Mistakes happen but the attitude and lack of an apology upset me as would not receiving credit for a $200 item that was actually included in the return. Use another store is my advice.

Today I came into the store to return some items to Amazon but they sent me labels to print out which I did, but only to be informed by Ari that I would have to put the labels on myself in seperate boxes. He sensed that I was frustrated with the process (because it was my first time) and not his fault at all, but proceeded to help me by changing the return process on Amazon for every single item to be able to do the return in the store with no hassle. He was VERY patient and compassionate and lifted a huge load off of my shoulders. I am extremely satisfied with his service and performance and pray that he will continue to be a blessing to others as he was to me. He needs a raise for his outstanding service. Thank you Ari!?

I made an appointment for notary services and when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the guy left two hours before my appointment. They saw my appointment on their schedule and told me all they could do was to call another UPS store to see if one was available. Horrible business!

Initially when I shipped my package was delayed because I didn’t tell them about apartment number but when I realised about it. I called them, staff really helped me with steps that I should follow to get it delivered. I’ll highly recommend this place.
