This place used to be my favorite branch everyone was helpful today I see a surprise when I was depositing I see a Chinese lady came to my cashier and looking me weird this branch every employee know me but I didnt like her I don’t know if she is new supervisor she is making environment uncomfortable for employee as will for customer

I have been banking with this bank for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. Naldys Velasco, the Branch Manager and Assistant VP, has been beyond stellar with her consistent customer service and friendly, welcoming attitude; she has been a steady pillar as a representative of this bank for at least the 10 years that I have been banking there, her professionalism and great customer service are the best in the area.

Friendly and helpful on one day then got stuck in line of three cars in front of me for 30 minutes. I call into the bank to ask the manager and they put me on hold....never again..

I did not realize that my car payment was coming out the day that it did (which is my own error). I ended up getting 5 overdraft fees. I contacted the bank and explained that of the 5 fees...2 of them were taken out on march 18 which is the same day that my paycheck was put in. I was just asking to have those 2 fees removed since there was money in my account on that day....they said no...there is nothing they can do. In my 28 years banking with them I have only overdrafted once. No even willing to remove 2 fees when there was money in my account

Just wanted to express my appreciation and thanks for the excellent customer service received multiple times and most recently January 15th. The Assistant Branch Manager, Naldys effortlessly took care of multiple transactions with expertise and customer care. Each time I have visited this branch the staff are friendly and helpful. I am extremely glad to call this branch my bank! Thank you!

SO SLOW!!! I waited 30 MINUTES in line for these people to get done 2 customers in front of me. Unacceptable. Hire more staff or close. We’ll be switching banks because you are all a dime a dozen.

Guys this bank is awesome reason is everyone is so helpful and customer oriented that I can not explain. United bank is community bank, so accounts you open here comes with extra perks personal attention is one of them. Manager Friba, great assistant managers Naldys and Josiaha and teller side, best supervisor Ranjana and SA Ban and others are so helpful that I recommend this bank to everyone who all are reading this review.
