Undisputed Auto Care is the only place I take my car to be worked on. Although I have known the owner (Justin Morrow) for several years, I have been around to see this shop grow from the bottom up and it is the best place to get your car worked on. Besides ownership, the staff and technicians are all highly qualified, motivated and willing to take care of any problems your car my have. First hand experience for more than 5 years; no one else will ever work on any of my cars again but Undisputed Auto Care in Sterling, Virginia.

Undisputed Auto Care have become my go to for anything to deal with cars. Justin and his crew do great work and are most importantly up front and honest! Nothing worse than the bait and switch mechanic! When i needed an inspection done and my usual mechanic wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix I became suspicious. I called Undisputed and the work cost me $500 less than what I was being told. When my steering column locked I called Undisputed and Justin could have come out and charged me to do it. Instead he walked me through it over the phone no charge! Earned my business right then and Ive been using them for 10 years now. Ive had them replace a fuel pump, coolant hose switch, brakes, etc everytime it's what they told me it was going to be and always finished when they said it would be. If you are looking for to relieve yourself of the mechanic headache, call Undisputed Auto Care you wont be sorry!

Got a Pre Purchase Inspection done from them, and they did a great job with providing details about the vehicle condition and even provided photos of parts of the vehicle. Gave me a printed and emailed inspection report. I live pretty far from this mechanic shop, and don't go here too often, but if you live close by I recommend them. They're skilled.

Exceptional knowledge and service. I did some extensive research on finding this issue with my mom’s car, even went to the local dealer. I found the other highly rated mechanic I got a quote from had missed the sensors (in and out) for new (right side) carborator, the dealer quoted the same sensor, and when I spoke to Justin, the owner, about the sensor’s on the quote I understood how and why they were missed diagnosed by the other 2.I learned he was a senior master mechanic at the local dealer (the highest certification) before starting his own business, and that his warranty extends beyond his shop(!)I also learned his shop can do emissions and VA safety inspections because the other shop had mis-quoted the VA safety inspection of which was not needed.On top of all the above, Undisputed Auto Care had the best price too.Not only is Justin thoughtful in selecting the best car parts, he’s an exceptional person who continues to grow through self improvement. We got to speak about several books, and podcasts of authors we both respect. His leadership is evident in the remarkable team that work with him. I would highly recommend making Undisputed your first choice for auto care, no pun intended!

Undisputed took great care of my vehicle and got to the root of the problem and had a fix for it. They held my car over holiday weekend to make sure it was complete. They even offered a discount on previously quoted work! Highly recommend Undisputed Auto.

Trustworthy auto shop that goes above and beyond. Anytime we need something checked out, we take our cars here to get honest feedback. I have even had some after market modifications that were done by Justin and his crew such as installing lift kits and wiring and installing after-market lights on my 4Runner. These guys can do it all!
