The store has been closed without any explanation for 2 days. It is disappointing that they didn't inform customers about the temporary closure online. The website still indicates that the store is open, which is misleading.

I'm afraid to buy anything at Ulta because everything expired. I don't want to pay a lot of money for expired shampoo. I expected quality. I just wanted one bottle of shampoo that will wash my hair and I can't find that. Nothing I buy washes my hair. It comes out sticky. I even tried olaplex. They need to ensure none of their products expired or they will lose customers

I just called corporate to document the fact that the air conditioner in this location is STILL NOT WORKING. I don't know who manages the Ulta in this region, but FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER. My pregnant friend couldn't even walk around in this location without difficulty breathing because it's so humid inside. If this company doesn't know how to manage this issue, I will happily take my money elsewhere. I can't even imagine having to work in such conditions. I was also at this location yesterday, but I couldn't even think about getting my hair done here with the humidity. It's incredibly difficult to breathe, people are sweating, and sticky. ULTA, DO BETTER BY YOUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS. FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER .

I visited the store yesterday and was blown away by how great customer service i received. Farah was amazing and knowledgeable. It was a last minute shopping, I was looking for a foundation and she color matched me perfectly. Unfortunately the store did not have my shade but she went above and beyond to contact another store close by to ask if they had my shade and they did. I was really happy.

Just visited this store looking for a specific type of product and when I asked the sales woman if they might have a similar product she was rude and looked down her nose at me - she couldn't be bothered! Further....she acted as if I were such a nuisance as I stood in front of her with over $300 in products in my hands, which I promptly put down and left the store. You just lost a customer to Sephora.

For the first time, in a very long time, I was greeted when I first walked in. I was then asked if I needed help finding anything. This is a very good start for this Ulta location but they a long way to go. They always have all the skincare products I need which is good.

I came in and everyone was so welcoming and patient. Leslie literally helped me find a product that could work with my skin (how are you, I've redness, sensitivities,) that actually make me feel good!!! It was exactly what I was looking for (wasn't sure if I was looking for skincare, or make up). For example, when I told Leslie that I wasn't interested in buying everything, she helped me really narrow down to what I actually needed and I really appreciated her not trying to sell me on everything, just what I could use the most. thank you so much for making what is very overwhelming time A really good experience. Thank you Leslie!

I asked three different employees to help me find a color match. The first said she’d help me, then helped customers at the register for 20 minutes without letting me know when she’d be available. The second employee was a “vendor” and unable to help me. She led me to a third employee, who again said she’d help me. Another 10 minutes later, and 40 minutes after I arrived I walked out. I know it’s the holidays, but at least communicate with your customers, don’t just watch them walking around if you’re too busy!!!

I asked one of the sales associates if she could help me, but she rudely replied that she was a face specialist so she couldn't be bothered by my query. Mind you, she was not with anyone, and she was not happy being asked because she was busy reading labels of items not related to the area she was claiming she was assigned. If only I didn't need the things I was buying, I would rush out of the store and shop elsewhere. Anyway, the cashier was pleasant enough to help and walked with me all the way to the back of the store to help clarify my queries.
