I contacted them online for a quote and didn’t get a response for a few days. When I did, it was via text. I reached out via email (they provided email as a way to contact them) and asked for someone to call to provide a quote. Someone called but their caller ID was for a locksmith, so I didn’t answer it. She in turn sent an email saying she tried to call but I didn’t answer and would try again later. I replied with what happened with the caller ID, that I would answer later and she never called or responded again. This was not very professional in my opinion.

I needed a weight machine which I disassembled for them as requested and two fridgerators moved within the home. They were slow, taking well beyond the estimated time. One Mover sat at my kitchen chair waiting for the other to disassemble one of the fridge doors while the other worked on both one at a time instead of prepping the other item for 2hrs of the 3hrs. The carelessness and breaking the weight machine and lack of respect with which they handled the items and equipment that is disappointing. They Disassembled a door to the home and didn't replace it properly and had missing screws. The Fridge doors were not replaced properly and had to realign them after myself. I hired them to do a professional job and I didn't get that at all and in the end they didn't do well at all. I contacted the company and made a claim immediately providing photos and a week later was told by Two men and a Truck that they would not be reduced the added time incurred by their movers. I have made numerous international moves and states side moves, this by far was the worst I have ever experienced! Your better off hiring some guys from outside Lowes or Home Depot. I will never use this company again.

Top notch moving company! Our mover was not only professional but took excellent care of our belongings. Our things arrived when they told us and was taken off the truck with great care. From booking our move, to completion, we were extremely pleased. Thank you to Two Men and a Truck for making our move a pleasant experience!

Mr. Barnes and Mr. Diggs performed our move. Nothing lost, nothing broken, worked diligently and carefully. My husband didn't tip them enough!

I needed help moving at the last minute and these guys came through. The office staff member I spoke with was informative and straightforward about pricing. The gentlemen that came for the move were polite and went above and beyond. They moved everything quickly and with ease. I would definitely recommend their services and I will use them for my next move.

Juan and Alejandro were a great team. Our move went smoothly, and that included them backing up their 22 ft truck up our very challenging driveway. Great job, great service!

When I first called Two Men and a Truck I spoke with a woman, sent her photos and details of every item we had to move. She was supposed to call the next day and I never heard from her. That should have been the first clue to look at other movers. But I called and spoke with Nick. My mistake. The packing team the first day was very good and professional. Every one of them shook our hands and made introductions. The second day one of the movers had obviously used an entire bottle of cologne! This is after I asked Nick to make sure no one wore cologne because I am allergic. During the moving process, the lead, Vic broke our amazing tall bookcase as they were coming down the stairs! We know that you should go up the stairs, not down. Then they broke the leg on our huge lovely China cabinet in the truck! They also lost two $145 hair dryers, 8 batches of faux flowers, 9 flower pots with flowers. Daily I find that other items are missing. This amounts to well over $5000! We purchased insurance and they only gave us $488!!! The management is the WORST and THIEVES! STAY AWAY! All they want to do is charge thousands of dollars! Choose another moving company. We live in Washington DC where there are hundreds of choices for movers.

We recently used them for a move and I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone from the crew to the office staff. Zach led his crew with a positive can-do attitude. Not everything went smoothly but we all worked together to get them resolved. At the end of the day that's all that matters. Nice work.

We used this company to move from Virginia to Florida. The team was professional and courteous. We moved our entire home, and the experience was excellent except for one major issue that we attempted to resolve fairly and above water, but never received call backs from leadership when we were told we would.To start, we paid $18000 for this move. It was not a cheap job. We noticed them dragging the treadmill in Virginia, but figured they knew best given they were the movers. When it arrived in Florida, the treadmill was non functioning. The switch that turns the treadmill on or off would not move. It’s stuck in the “on” position. We can’t flip it to off, and there are scratches that clearly show where it was dragged. The treadmill was purchased from Peloton in January 2023 so it’s brand new. Two Men and a Truck claim that this is “internal damage” and therefore not covered under their warranty. We are extremely disappointed that they refused to return our phone calls and discuss the situation, after their claims manager said there was no more he could do and the decision was made. To me, an on/off exterior switch unable to physically be moved is a textbook exterior issue, so I’m posting this as a warning to those that have high end items.I desperately wish they would take the high road and do the right thing- it’s a $1200 fix through Peloton which for them is a drop in the bucket but matters a lot more for us.We chose Two Men and a Truck because it seemed like they’d have integrity and appeal to the human side of things for an issue like this, unlike the van lines that we used last time. The van lines, however, had a special team for our high value items and is probably worth the extra 1k so you don’t run into an issue like this.Other than the treadmill, the rest of the move was excellent-which is why I gave them 2 stars. If they had handled the repair of the treadmill, it would have been an easy 5 stars.

This business agreed verbally and in writing via text message to purchase back moving blankets that were sold to me from another Two Men franchise in a different state, but did not. This is after triple-checking with them. They also promised to stop back by our moving destination to pick up paperwork and tools they left behind - never saw them again. After filing a dispute with my bank regarding part of their charges, this company's response to the dispute included evidence that was completely unrelated to my move; the paperwork they provided was for a move performed for a third-party unknown to me. Ultimately, I had to eat the cost. My advice to others is to avoid this vendor.

If I could give a 0 star, I would! My husband almost had a heart attack from the stress level! They are the worst. Never work with them.Get two random people from home depot with a truck, I promise they would be more professional.The worst team, worst experience, worst customer service , they kept wasting time and working so slowly to add 6 more hours!! they broke 2 furniture pieces, one in half literally and they offered $50 for the damage!Rude movers, they were insulting me with their words and tones.they don’t know who to use basic tools and didn’t even bring basic tools like a basic Allen Wrench tool. it took them over one hour driving from the old apartment to the new one when the road takes only 20 mins because basically you are paying for all the time they are wasting. The after move customer service one the phone were polite however they offered no fair compensation.

My Mom in law passed unexpectedly and we needed to get her furniture moved out of the assisted living place she had lived. They were able to move her items in four (4) days and into a storage facility for us that we rented. They were kind, caring and took all the stress away for this move as we are still processing the loss. I cannot tell you how very much we appreciated everything they did for us on Friday. They even stacked, safely, all items we had wanted stacked to make additional room in the storage locker as we are having some construction work done inside our home soon and need to store a few things during that time. This company and crew, JD and Rubin, were there for us on so many levels it was such a relief! Blessings to this company and crew always!
