definitely the worst Home Depot location I ever been too. there's never anyone available to assist you when you need help. there seems to only be young people working who don't even care about actually working instead just gossiping and laughing. Everyone there seems miserable like they hate their lives and never smile. Worst thing is don't expect curbside if you pre order items because nobody will come out and when you go inside to ask if curbside is available you'll get an answer such as "there's only two of us" meanwhile one is taking returns and the other is just standing there lol what a joke. won't be back here anymore.

Absolutely terrible customer service by the roaming staff. My wife went to this location to get a dehumidifier which we urgently needed for a water mitigation problem in our basement. 3 dehumidifiers in stock but two were up in storage. Single floor model was in a destroyed box. She asked an employee for assistance in getting one of the undamaged dehumidifiers. He explained to her that it would take thirty minutes for them to get the dehumidifier down from the upper shelf. She waited 15 minutes then sought out this same employee again and asked him when someone would arrive with a lift to bring the dehumidifier down. He then explained "everyone is busy unloading a truck. No one can help you", walked away, and proceeded to take his lunch break.Relief finally came when I called the Home Depot, spoke to an actual competent employee and explained that my wife has been waiting for 30 minutes, being repeatedly blown off and refused assistance. This employee did arrive to help with the situation. 60 minutes later my wife was able to pay for dehumidifier and leave the store.If you can't find something in this store don't bother asking for help, because the help is terrible!

Worst service. I bought a toilet and paid installation fee. I was told they would send someone to install. I waited for one day at home and nothing happened. I then went to Home Depot and they said the girl responsible for this left already. They gave me a number to contact the installation contractor but nobody answers the phone and u even cannot leave a message there.What kind of service. Never go here.

I needed a dozen cinder blocks to block my dog from digging under our fence. It is January so I understand why they didn't have the garden section open, but there were four employees chatting in the corner by the cinder block and landscaping rock section. They watched me struggle to put a dozen blocks on my cart and then apologized for not having a cash register outside, but did not offer any help and went back to their chat. I slowly pushed my cart into and all the way through the store to the regular cash register, past four more employees who watched me or were lookin at their phones. The person at the cash register should get a medal because she seemed to be the only employee actually working that afternoon. She made four calls over the store loudspeaker for someone to help me get the blocks into my trunk and got absolutely no response. Finally a man who does maintenance for Loudoun County and doesn't even work for Home Depot took pity on me and helped me load the blocks. Thanks to this gentleman I can keep my dog safe. Next time I will go to Lowe's and see how they do with customer service.

Military- Be aware (beware). Recently moved here from VA Beach and thought I had received my discount on $500 purchase. I didn't. The staff is lethargic and disinterested. Loews, right up the road, is much much better.

xtremely unprofessional. They had delayed my order for a few months. Have people come install but said they couldn’t install but never provide a reason why. Having customers call back a million times to follow up because they kept delaying. Now refuse to service because it’s out of 30 days window when it was them that caused the delay. DON’T EVER BUY FROM HOMEDEPOT. SAVE YOUR MINEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

I love my brand-new Bosch refrigerator. I don't want to break policy but the woman in the appliance department wants you to make a purchase that fits your budget and a product you can rely on. She goes beyond the call of duty. The delivery people were great made sure that it would fit properly and explained everything I needed to do.

Elizabeth, the store manager spent some time with us giving ceiling fan suggestions and ideas with her interior design knowledge. She was super helpful and patient. This is why coming to the store vs. buying online makes a difference. Thanks again, Elizabeth!!!

Today I had a worse experience at this store (Store #4602 · 46261 Cranston Way - Sterling, VA 20165). I had bought 3 air filters last week that two of them seemed defective. They were whistling every time AC kicked on. I went to store with my receipt to get replacement, but I was told that they cannot take them back, since they were opened and they are air filter that were used (only for 7 days). One associate told me that air in my house could be contaminated with Covid virus, so that is why they are not taking it back. Well, all the 100's of items that they take back could be touched by someone who has Covid, then why do they take them back? So I asked for manager (his name was Jonathan), and things even got worse. I asked for district manager contact info, he refused to give it to me. I asked him to write the name on piece of paper, he refused to do that either. So, I left the store without any resolution. I threw away the defective items and went to Lowes and bought two new ones that are working great. I guess Lowes is my go to store from now on.

Was discriminated against while was standing in line waiting to be helped. Was told that I can wait a bit longer because this other customer wanted to be help first and was in so called a hurry. When tried to leave to take business somewhere else management came out and told me that I was impatient that's why I dident get served even tho I was there first. something happens every time I go there. Vary pour store and inconsiderate employees . Will go to cooperate and file complaint.

Lazy employees the young ones don't want to work. I have to drive to ashburn location for the second time they help me right away at ashburn.
