We just had our first appointment for OT. Our 9-year-old was dragging her feet going in—everything was going to be “boring” and “not fun,” especially on a Saturday. Well, Julia turned all that around! When our daughter came out the door an hour later, she was grinning and laughing, told us how much fun she had, and asked why it’s only every other week. Before we even got in the car, she was informing us that she loved Julia as much as she loves her favorite teachers at school.We all can’t wait to go back!!

My daughter and I absolutely love Children’s Therapy Center. Sam S, her physical therapist, is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable in my daughters condition and comes up with personalized treatment plans based on her personality and interests. She loves my daughter so much. We feel loved, supported and welcomed. They coach me on different skills to support development. The front desk is so helpful. They remember us and always greet us with a warm smile.I highly recommend!

The Children’s Therapy Center of Sterling goes above and beyond for my child. My child receives speech therapy, occupational therapy and feeding therapy here. They are so accommodating. For example, my child has a hard time separating from me in the building, so they have made it possible for his sessions to be outdoors as much as possible, as the outdoors regulates him. Since they recommended this approach, there have been no more tears and my son has made such incredible progress. I’m somebody who has never left my child with a babysitter before, but I feel beyond comfortable with each and every therapist at The Children’s Therapy Center of Sterling for the 30-90 minutes that my son is with them. The waiting room is comfortable, and the staff at the front desk are incredibly helpful and friendly. I’m here 2-3 times a week and genuinely look forward to coming here! It’s a great experience every time. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I take my son to Children's Therapy Center for speech and we love it. He is excited to go to each appointment and the therapists are wonderful. He shows progress after each appointment and the therapists update me and communicate with each other to ensure his sessions are consistent. The reception team is also amazing, they are responsive, patient and properly address any concerns I have.

I would highly recommend the children’s therapy center. I have two kids that go ther for PT and OT. We have been going for years. I cannot recommend one therapist to you because each of them is excellent. They are so kind, compassionate, and listen to me when I talk. I love how they care about each child like he/she was their own. My one child hated going to therapy before we came here and displayed magnificent behaviors especially around fine motor skills because he hated it. Therapists at the children’s therapy center somehow transformed his entire outlook. He runs into the center and is SO excited to have sessions three to four days a week. That is a testament to the skills, knowledge and personality of the whole staff. We cannot thank this center enough for all they have done for my children!!

If you can choose a different place, please do yourself a favor and avoid going here.Management does not care about the patients, they only care about the money and making sure they charge you as much as they can!!If you have a question while you are trying to check-in thru the portal, the receptionist gets annoyed and you will not be treated nicely. The therapists are very nice, but everything else is terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love the Frontdesk people it is Tameka and Amanda. Very patient and nice. My daughter has speech with Jenny and Liz. She is so happy to come we drive for 45min. She does not mind the drive. We come 2 time a week.

Our experience at Children’s Therapy Center has been incredible. The entire staff has gone above and beyond to help care for our daughter and family. Not only are the therapy service exactly what my daughter needs, but the care, empathy, and compassion all of the therapists provide is unlike what we have experienced before. The experience could not be more positive. The front desk staff is so welcoming! They have gone above and beyond to help us navigate this process. It has made all the difference for our family. We could not be happier or be in better hands.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Front desk, have nasty attitude in person and over the phone, same with billing department, they are terrible.

My son has been going here for a few months and the providers and staff have been amazing! I love how easy they make things, and are always super helpful when I have questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

I take my son here for over a year for PT, OT, and speech. My son loves all his therapists and he always looks forward to seeing them. BUT, the billing department is terrible, many emails and phone calls and my problem hasn’t been fixed, they take forever to reply never return messages. We are considering switching to another place due to all these issues.UPDATE: 2 months and no one cares. Billing saying they will call me in 7 days and never do, they don't seem to know my benefits ( my insurance covers 100%).

The therapists (OT and PT) are very knowledgeable and able to focus my 5 year old with some physical and emotional developmental needs while remaining calm and warm. I usually have to fight with him to go places, but he enjoys going to CTC and always comes out excited and with a big smile. Thank you all so much for caring for Casey and helping us work through some of our challenges.

My experience was frustrating, stressful, and defeating. Showed up for appnt after confirming with 2 employees the time and insurance info over the phone, that day. Was told our time was different and the therapist didn’t take our insurance. So wait around until our time and then pay double for a consult. After sensing our frustration the receptionist told us we really should be going somewhere else that accepts United… would have been just a little more helpful to tell us that up front. What we’re going through is stressful enough, and we just want help for our child… I expected so much more from this industry.

We love Children’s Therapy Center in Sterling! Ms. Kathryn has been amazing for my daughter! The front staff is always friendly and super helpful! I would highly recommend them for your children’s therapeutic needs!
