Had an oil change scheduled for my vehicle at 8am on 8/27. I called to confirm the day before because nobody confirmed my appointment. I was told by the service manager I would have to wait until the afternoon for them to complete a state inspection because they already had x scheduled for that day. There are ways to work vehicles in, etc to get people in and out. The service manager Mark is really incompetent. I enjoyed my buying experience there, but the service department is garbage.

I love how the dealership honored their verbal commitments and allow to be fully satisfied even when changed my mind on some coverage. I could went to a deal shop closer but Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling really do take care of their customers.

Beware of Tony from finance. He showed me a monthly payment option of $256 then did something’s to include “free servicing for 5 years.” That free servicing increased my monthly payment to $280. I asked to go back to the previous option but he refused and insisted this was a good deal and that I was saving money. In a moment of weakness and stupidity after 4 hours of being at the dealership I signed. Now I’m kicking myself because my principal increased over one thousand dollars. I know it was my fault for signing but Tony knew what he was doing.

I arrived at the service center at 7am. All staff were busy catching up on paperwork, but immediately asked how they could help me. I explained I was dropping off my suburban for regularly scheduled maintenance along with an alignment because it was pulling to the right. After we completed the check-in and vehicle walk around, they said they would call or email me with any updates. Later that morning, I received a message indicating that the mechanics identified low tire pressure, which was causing the pull to the right. A test drive by that team verified there was no longer a pull. This saved me at least 180.00. Chris Thomas and the team were professional, courteous and extremely helpful and I highly recommend this service center for all your car & truck service needs.

George, Service Manager at Ted Britt Chevrolet, Sterling VA was very accommodating when taking my 2024 Silverado High Country in for its first service. I am disabled and have had my truck converted to allow me to drive. George went out of his way to make my experience great.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received during my recent attempt to purchase a Blazer EV RS at Ted Britt Chevy. Despite initial promising interactions with their team, my experience quickly deteriorated. I provided transparent competitive quotes, optional rebates, and clear lease terms, all of which the sales manager agreed to in writing via text. However, upon arrival, I was presented with inflated numbers that did not match the terms previously agreed upon. The explanation given was baseless, contradicting our documented communication. Furthermore, your team reneged on the trade-in value they had promised, leaving me frustrated and exhausted after over two hours at your dealership. This inconsiderate treatment was not only frustrating for me but also for my family, including my 4-year-old daughter who was made to wait during this drawn-out process. To make matters worse, my wife's credit was pulled for a deal that was ultimately not honored. This experience has been one of the most infuriating I've had with a dealership. This is not how business should be conducted, and I hope my feedback will be taken seriously to improve your dealership's customer service. I ended up going to Jerry's Chevy in Leesburg for a better deal and much better service all around!

I recently picked up a 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Ted Britt Chevrolet, and the experience was solid from start to finish. Niko, the sales associate, was on point—no pressure, no gimmicks. He was straightforward and went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. You don’t always find someone who’s both knowledgeable and easy to work with, but Niko nailed it.
The finance manager also deserves a shoutout for keeping things smooth and stress-free. The whole process was quicker than I expected, and there were no surprises along the way.
This was a 5-star experience all around. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, Ted Britt Chevrolet is where you want to be. Highly recommended.

That was their response to my previous review. I tried to reach out to them to see if I could get a timeframe for the completion of an engine diagnostic after my vehicle sat there for a week. I was told by Chris that they could not provide me with a timeframe, nor would he tell me how many vehicles were in front of mine. My only option was to wait and be patient. Pohanka Chantilly told me that they could complete an engine diagnostic within 3 days. The car was towed there and it has already been completed. If you want no time frames and a service department that doesn't deliver a timely service, this is your place.

Worst service department I've ever been involved with. Lack of communication, professionalism or respect. They have had my vehicle over two months, and have promised repairs and delivery several times, and it's yet to happen. They have not contacted me once to tell of delivery changes or additional repairs. I've had to fight to get anything from them. Do not take or buy a vehicle here, unless you like the run around and con game.
