I love target but I hate this Dulles store. Every time I order a pickup it takes forever and later once you are outside the store you can wait for another 10-15m. Waste of time. I would rather go to sterling or Leesburg but sometimes I get stuck with this one if they are out of stock. I am always willing to drive further just to get better response time and service.

I LOVE Target, but NOT this Target. When I'm trying to shop around and enjoy my morning with a coffee and a podcast playing, the AT&T employees walk through the store trying to get you to sign up for their "amazing deals". If I wanted to sign up for AT&T, I would ;) but I DO NOT. Why are you pestering me about my phone plan when I'm shopping for $3 plush elves in the dollar section? When you politely try to say "no thanks, I'm not interested today," they will try and bargain with you to sign up for a phone plan. It's so weird and kind of rude and ruins the Target experience.

Terrible customer service and the manager is rude to the employees Take your time to train your employees instead of talking to them like they are trash

I always always end up buying more than I go in the store for! So yes, control, control yorself my dear soul!! But well, this store happens to meet all my basic human needs, like clothing for kids and I, shoes, jewellery (the basic ones) and of course grocery stuff :-) The staff is helpful almost always, sometimes newbies are training so stuff happens, but overall great store to meet your immediate needs. Not to forget, the shop online and pick up in store is great! The only issue I sometimes face is not finding shelves filled enough, like now for back to school.

Bad experience here. Slow lines, Rude managers, employees who don't care about their job, overall horrible experience. Items that appear in stock online, are never in stock at the store. I came here once, and I will not be coming again. Please please please, shop elsewhere.

Clean, hard working people who were very helpful. I was able to get a variety of things, including groceries, at a fair price and very efficiently. Love this store!

I like this store. Clean, easy returns, good variety of things. I like their electronics section, furniture section and clothing section. The food section is ok too. Food section is about medium sized, not like a super store, not like Walmart, but just enough so u don't get overwhelmed. Would be nice if they had something different like a pet section with live fish and animals, but, u can't have it all I guess. Then again, they do have a Starbucks and a hotdog stand, that's pretty amazing and nice to be able to get a snack without having to leave the store.

This Target can be mobbed, with lots of people shopping at one time. Whether pre or Covid time, prepare yourself for some extraordinary long lines. No you aren't going to just waltz in here, pick up a few items, and roll out. If you don't like large crowds, there are other smaller locations to, make your shopping experience more to your liking. There's one reason I like this one, and that's due to it being well stocked. Quite often this will be the only Target, that has an item that every other of their stores are out of. That's huge in this time of regular shortages. I'm grateful they had the camp grill, and the tarp that I couldn't find elsewhere. There are very helpful employees here. Also they have a superb selection of Duke Cannon and Harry's razors. Parking can be challenging. It's not all Targets fault, it's just this is a congested area, and northern Virginia drivers aren't the best. If you're in the area it'll work, but I prefer their smaller locations a bit more. Pricing is fairly competitive.

Rudest employees work at this location. One hefty white woman walked up and got within 6 feet of me in the aisle and just mean mugged me. Another biggish white woman monitoring self checkout only said have a great day to certain customers. Ignores me because I'm younger than those she cordially acknowledged, I guess? Anyway anytime I visit location, I encounter some of the strangest and cold employees.

I've never experienced such horrendous customer service before in my entire life. My boyfriend and I were checking out when we were approached by an angry employee. TINA, a team member at target, threatened to "beat my a**." I've never met this woman in my life and she got in my face, spit in my face, and threatened to hurt me. I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED naturally and found the manager and told him what happened. He did absolutely nothing , except tell me it will be "handled internally." I'm so appalled and shocked that nothing was done, even though it was all on camera. I couldn't call the police because technically it's freedom of speech... I left feeling furious and violated. Ill be calling someone higher up to try and get this woman fired.... please don't give this target any business...the workers sincerely don't deserve it if they're going to make customers feel this way.

The Dulles target is an okay store, but I do think it could use some improvement. I come here very consistently, almost daily, because I work across the street. The store is not clean, not well stocked, but there's always an employee around that's more than happy to help out with anything you may need. Most of the time, there's no issues, and I'm able to find what came in for, no questions asked. Sometimes I walk out with some other goodies too! The gentleman who works at the in-store Starbucks always has a smile on his face and is wonderful to work with. He always is happy to help! Like I mentioned before, this is a decent Target location, but there are a few errors that if I believe, are fixed, would make this location truly exceptional! A lot of times, the candy shelves up front are not consistently rotated and checked for expired food. There's been a few occasions where I've bought some candy (Reese's Cups and Reese's Sticks, to be specific) and the date reads EXP 09/19 and we're in January 2020 now. What is even more unacceptable, and frankly, blows my mind, is this location thinks it is perfectly acceptable (which it is NOT) to place expired merchandise on clearance. In all the stores I've worked in, expired food and other merchandise either gets disposed of in an appropriate manner, or is returned to the vendor, for partial credit, no exceptions. Target advertises a "price match guarantee". They state, if you find a lower price at a competitor, bring in the ad, and we'll match the price. Simple, no hassles. I've done this on multiple occasions. Usually I have no problems. About a week ago, I went to purchase a flashlight to keep in the glovebox of my truck, in case I need some extra light or have an emergency. I found an Energizer Industrial Hard Case flashlight at Target, and really liked the design and durability. I saw it was $15 and I thought, great deal! I pulled one off the shelf, and headed up to checkout. Upon arrival to the self-checkout counter, I politely asked the gentleman who was assisting customers at the self checkout counter, if I could have a price match with Amazon. I found the same exact model of flashlight on Amazon, for only $10. I know $5 isn't a lot, but I try to save money where I can, I'm a 20 year old college student on a budget. When asked for a price match, The gentleman responded with: "I don't have time to go get a manager to price match that for you, go to the other Sterling Target, and they can do it. I don't have time." So let me get this straight. You want me, to go fifteen minutes to another store, because you are too lazy to do your job? I thought that was ridiculous. If you can't stop what you're doing (which was nothing, just on his phone), for just a minute, and help with a simple task, why are you working here? So, off to Sterling Target I go. I walked right in, the woman at the customer service desk happily refunded the difference between Target and Amazon and apologized for the poor experience at the Dulles Target location. At this point, I'd happily drive the extra 15 minutes out of my way to get better customer service. To close, Dulles Target excels in some areas and is lacking in others. If they'd correct their issues, Dulles Target would earn an A in my book.

This is my first time ordering online and picking up in store. It was a very effortless experience. We went to the customer service desk and they were able to locate our order right away. She didn't need to scan my information, she was able to find it with my name. They were able to get our order to us in no time. I had to use their restroom which was very clean and well-stocked. By the time I got out, they had our stuff ready to go. It's a newly renovated store- they had everything very organized and they had all the holiday decorations out. Although, it's not a very big store, they carry pretty much anything you need to get at the store which I think makes shopping much easier. It made the experience quite nice. Since we were pretty much in and out, we got a couple of drinks at Starbucks which was located right as you enter the building.

I usually go to the Leesburg location. After today I know why. Today I came with my son because he wanted a Pizza Hut pizza. Nope, the cafe is closed. No pizza, No popcorn, No slushees. Fine, we had birthday money to use, So we went searching for a Nerf Gun that he has been wanting. While strolling around I noticed that this store is TRASHED. I heard another couple comment that the toy section looked like a yard sale. Actually, I've been to yard sales that were more organized than this store. I love target, I really do, but a clean, organized and very well stocked Walmart is about a mile away. If given the choice-I'll go to Walmart any day over this target location.

Unbelievable amount of empty shelves in the aisles. Hard to believe that this is the"newer Target" in the area, as it usually seems like a store going out of business.
