This location is super clean but customer service sucks and pricing is not all ways correct. Beauty depart had multiples of the same item for 2$ scanned items after waiting 15 mins in shelf check out Becuase no other line where open. Items were still scanning full price. The lady in self check out Was trying to save sale beside cancel it. Told me to go back to the beauty department and take pictuers of the times and tags for price adjustment and wait in line again to re check out. I asked her once again to cancel transaction and be sides doing so she kept trying to save the sale.

They never have enough registers open!!! Why do you have 12 registers besides self checkout but only 1-2 are ever open??? The line to is always ridiculously long! It's the holiday season act like a business and expect to be busier than usual

horrible customer service, you don't get greeted at all over in customer service. If there is a line you don't even get a "I'll be right with you" there seems to always only be one person there and there's another person just walking around. oh yeah and don't expect drive up because there's never enough people working to bring your stuff! won't be back here again

Pathetic, will never again come to this dump! Came here to purchase something from the electronic department which had NOBODY there! Got a hold of an associate who said she'd call someone over, 10 mins go by and I see nobody, 4 go by and she walks past me and says "someone is coming" wait another 10 and nobody comes. I left out smh I never come to this location but due to the Dulles location not having what I wanted in stock, I came here. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've frequented this Target since I've moved here almost 5 years ago and have always had a good experience. I went there the other day and security was as literally following me and my newborn around the store. Talk about uncomfortable smh! I thought maybe it was my mind playing tricks on me but NOPE! I went there today again and the SAME security guard is following me around and excessively watching me. Definitely not the best vibe for impromptu Target runs to buy things I absolutely don't need. I will going to the Leesburg Target from now on. Great experience there the last few times I went AND I mean they have Ulta . Don't want to make it a race thing but clearly in a store full of people he only chose to keep his eyes on me and my children.

I came to this target on Friday to get my coworker cupcakes for her bday and a gift card. This Target is pretty big I found some cute cupcakes and got her a Target gift card because come on everyone loves target. As I was leaving out the doors closed on my like literally closed on me. It shocked me and I was on the phone so it took me off guard. I just see a women with a Target shirt on like are you ok than people walking into the stirrup commenting so I literally power walked to my car. My head was hurting the door literally slammed on my head I need Target to check their sensors.

Huge parking lot but so full. Inside, the store was still very busy Target after the Christmas rush. The store in the seasonal section was incredibly messy and Christmas sale items were ransacked. Thirty percent off candy is still not a good deal with their prices but they had gingerbread peeps, which I've never seen and couldn't resist. Self-checkout was surprisingly fast---no human interaction needed. I would come back to this Target.

UPDATE: Sadly, I will have to update my former 5 star review to 1 star. I use the curbside pick up at least once a week. The last few months, every order has either been missing an item or received an incorrect item.

The Reston store is raggedy and dog eared. The employees do not have customer service skills and the merchandise checks out at a higher prices at the register than the shelf price.

11/20/21From one Target to another. I found 3 new pair of underwear I liked. Target sells A Pair Of Thieves merchandise and I almost always find myself want to buy more of their merchandise. Last week I saw a brand of extended breifs in a purple color pattern I liked. Wouldn't you know it, XL is completely sold out. XL Extended Breifs are the only kind I really want. I saw the crew neck shirts in black and the black tank tops I like were also sold out. Don't care for v neck shirts.Evidently Christmas shopping has kicked off in a big way. A lot of stuff for Christmas is being sold here, but we did not buy anything Christmas related.This is one of the bigger stores I have been to, but I like it big. This Target is near my office headquarters so I will be sure to revisit this store. I had a good time here.

This is my local Target and the customer service here is outstanding. Guest Services has the most amazing and patient employees. I've had to make some returns and come in for online pickups occasionally and they've always been extremely helpful and friendly. I've also observed a lot of them hustling for curbside orders and around the store and I am very appreciative of their hard work and diligence. Thank you for all you do!
