The customer service experience with the representative named Ahmad was quite disappointing and seemed disrespectful. The interaction lacked politeness and respect towards the client, with responses that were vague and came across as rude. It was surprising to encounter such poor service quality at T-Mobile at Dulles Mall.

1. Rude or at best careless staff. Guess the TMobile Corp has to be careful who and how the staff behave2. Went to store to get a SIM and was told to call Customer Service. Called Customer Service from home and they were surprised that the store did not help with the SIM card.

The worst experience ever! Today I went to this store , two men working them ! At first one of them told me to if your questions is “short” ask me!!!!! And they they said we don’t want to do these for you go to another T mobile ! I can’t believe it!

Worse customer service ever. Please avoid going to Ari. Shes completely useless and extremely rude. She wont tell you or she doesnt know the rules or compliance that t-mobile follows. Because of her and her lack of knowledge I'm stuck with a phone that I didn't sign up for. I will be considering switching from t-mobile.

Johnny claims to be a manager, I’m not exactly sure how he got this title but he did not help us at all, nor follow up with us when he requested us to call the T-mobile customer service line for help. We were waiting for over an hour in the store hoping to switch to T-Mobile, luckily Karen was SUCH a sweetheart and extremely helpful. She’s giving a good reputations to all the Karen’s out there, she deserves a raise for her patience and willingness to help.

This is a store you should never come to. I changed my phone plan and asked for phones trade. But they changed the plan without my permission and even made my child's sim card. I said I would come with my husband of Phone Plan and do it, but they changed it in but they changed all my plans for their own benefit, told me the amount of phone trade wrong (even the manager) told me that I didn't touch my account, lied to me that I wasn't there yet, told me to go to work and deceive consumers. I told him to come on Wednesday to do the machine when it comes in, and even broke my phone to trade the employee. I just need to say no to a broken phone, break it, and not break the screen and camera. I can't trust them and want to share their stories with others

I went to this location in August to sign up for new service as I was changing carriers and got good customer service until the manager decided to call me an hour after I left the store with promises of a discount on my current plan and some kind of credit and I HAD to come back to the store so he could make this happen. I made an appointment for the next day and when I showed up he was not there. I was told my another employee that he had been at the store earlier before the time that he told me that he was going to be there and had gone home ill. He never bothered nor cared to let me know this and he never followed up after this. I made several trips to the store only to be told that he wasn't there and no one knew what his schedule was. Finally after a month he was at the store and told me that it was too late and had the nerve to tell me that I hadn't shown up. I told him that I in fact did come but he had left early and had not bothered to tell me nor did he follow up. He then walked off saying he was in the middle of a meeting. At this time I left the store and never heard back from him after this. I want to be clear I was NOT asking for any discounts or credits he was the one who offered these. Basically he came in with a song and a dance with promises that he had no intention of keeping. I did call customer service and was told they had no idea what discounts and credits he was claiming that he was going to give me as they were not running that kind of promotion. I will never do business at this location again.

This place is hell when it comes to customer service. Waited with young kids for over 20 mins for someone to come and say hello. Overall time taken to get a new line was 1 hour. T-Mobile Sterling..cmon you can do better or just close down.

They first service people who is buying something, but T-Mobile customers who came just to fix something with an account they make wait about an hour even they we were been put on the schedule. People who came after us left earlier. Terrible T Mobile service even at the store
