Nobody loves having blood drawn, but Lisha makes it practically painless - I could barely feel it. I've had my blood drawn so many times over the years, so I can say from experience she is the best. She knows what she's doing and she truly cares.

Worst experience I ever had. I live in 10 minutes drive from the location. I took break from work and picked up son from school early for blood work. Francin refused to take blood work of my 5 years old son by saying I can’t do I told her that I can hold him but she not only refused to serve me but was so rude that instead of referring me to nearest location LEESBURG or checking with them by phone whether they have enough resources to take the blood of 5 years child she asked me to go Chantilly and when I get there it was 4pm and they refused to serve me, so I wasted my two hours without getting work done. That’s Francin wrote on paper.I think she needs proper training how to deal with customers.

Billing department is horrible. Just $4.93 they are saying that they sent me bill copy 4 times and called me also while neither I have received bill copy nor I have received any phone.They had done all due diligent to address their mistake and always try to cover their rear ends by lying.Would not recommend to anyone. Be careful!!

I called Sunrise Medical Laboratories to make an appointment for RT-PCR test and the lady who answered the phone she asked me what is that? and she hang up the phone, very unprofessional!!

I've been here about 5-times. Always very good experience. Professional. Friendly atmosphere. Usually, quick, in and out. I like to go early to avoid the queue.

Billing department was not helpful. They claim that they addressed an issue but fast forward to a year the issue was not resolved and they try to cover their rear ends by lying. Would not recommend to anyone.

First time trying this lab after going to several labs before, and I never felt so welcomed like I did in this one, the lab tech Brian was awesome very gentle I felt so comfortable he was quick and that’s what I liked the most he did not had to fish for my veins like other labs. A+ to sunrise medical labs for having techs like him very professional and another thing that I loved was that he speaks Spanish for people who doesn’t speak English very good. Definitely I will go back to this lab.

Anyone who has to get blood drawn frequently knows that your technician has to be skilled. Most technician that I've encountered have been skilled and compassionate to the point of apologizing and for that I am grateful I'm sure it's not easy for them as well as their patient. I was introduced to Sunrise Medical Labs by my doctor and for me that's were it began I met Brian. The lab is clean the draw room has a board of all sorts of positive sayings which are inspiring when you go in pick one to lift your spirits.
