I used to love going here to get my nails off but recently I had a bad incident. I called prior to coming in and was told that it is still $10 to take off my acrylics (the usual price I pay). When I was checking out a different lady charged me $15. I had explained that on the phone it was supposed to be $10. She explained that my nails are long (mind you, my nails were long last time and it took even longer). Me not wanting to put up a fight, I paid anyways. Correct courtesy would have been to charge me the $10 that I was told. It’s the small things.

Amazing services and professionals who are highly skilled and know what they’re doing!
Selena is my go-to for my dip powder nail appointments, but all of the staff is friendly and talented.
I can bring Selena a design and she can recreate anything! She’s also good at recommending colors that compliment your skin tone.
Requested style: I’m very picky about my nail shape—I like an in-between of stiletto and almond shape. I’m NEVER disappointed with the shaping, Selena nails it every time.
Also always impressed when I request any nail art. They can recreate any design photos I’ve brought in.
Cleanliness: The shop is really clean and tidy!
Stylist: I ALWAYS go to Selena — she’s been doing my nails for years and always takes good care of them.

Requested style: I wanted a turquoise ombre french tip with a palm tree on the ring finger. NaNa did a great job. I will be going back for another pedicure and fill.

Aside from my nails, salon is very clean, staff are super friendly and they all seem very professional. Highly recommend.

I went to get one nail fixed and the nail is crooked. There isn't enough filling powder. It wasn't even the same color horrible horrible horrible do not go and sit in the chair 9

I had a great experience at Sunny Nails and Spa. As soon as I walked in they were attentive, helped me check in for my appointment & offered me something to drink. One of the best pedicures that I ever had, thanks to Jane. My nails came out really cute as well. I would definitely come back, if I'm on the area again. Great customer Service and hospitality. Sunny Nails is beautiful and clean with an excellent selection of polish colors, brands and services. I cannot speak highly enough of Mimi! Her work was quick, gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Everything about my acrylic fill was absolutely fabulous and I would highly recommend Mimi and Sunny nails to anyone in Sterling or the DMV area!

Tucked in the large plaza along Davenport Drive is the elegant nail salon and spa, Sunny Nails and Spa. The salon is clean, spacious, and well organized. The stations are well thought out in placement. They keep it peaceful and serene. I love my experience here. Mimi and Jane welcomed me and my much needed help nails that were neglected, fighting the good fight through almost 2 holidays. After careful observation of what needed to be done, Mimi went to work. Jane offered a hot or cold beverage, and I proceeded to relax :)
The results? A fresh look for 2024! Mimi attends nail expos and keeps up with the latest trends. Every customer is her priority. Her staff are an extension of herself. I was delighted to experience the work of this shop's Queen Bee. Her art designs are her specialty, along with her existing nail technique skills.
