  Kind staff but strict payment policies. No Apple Pay etc

  This is the only place at Dulles Town Center, located at the entrance of the Food Court, where you can buy small sundries, soft drinks, snacks and of course lottery tickets. Prices a little steep but worth it to at least have a place to find chips to go with smoothies .

  There is a food court and smoothies but could not find the chips I liked until I found this place just as you enter the food court. It also sells lottery tickets which is great. Service is quick. Note there is a limit before you can use a credit card so have cash for small purchases
