I have bought two cars from this dealer and they have been very good, carrying out general maintenance repairs and I have received very good service from their manager, it has always been my first option when looking for a car to buy.

Never bought a car with them but experienced a level of rudeness from the person who works or owns the establishment. I was parked in the parking lot in front of the Firstbreak cafe for longer than the thirty minute parking sign after leaving one of the other stores in the mall. Unfortunately, my battery died on my phone and my charging cord was giving me issues that prevented me from using the gps needed to get to another destination. The individual that works or owns the sterling auto sales, literally comes out of the establishment, stands in front of my car and points at the sign then holds up 4 fingers. I didn't say anything to hin, had my windows up and was trying to resolve rhe issue with the car charger so that I could leave. His behavior was rude and unnecessary. He didn't know if I was sick, if something was wrong with my vehicle or anything but felt the need to say something to me while I am parked in a public parking lot and not bothering anyone. If this is how he acts with a random personin the parking lot, I would hate to see how he is with customers.

Would give 0 stars if I could; they will sell the car out from under you with no shame and apparently think the most basic safety precaution (having the car inspected by a mechanic) is dishonest.Went out to test drive a car this morning; took it to a mechanic, the sales rep was super friendly and the car looked good so I decided to buy it. I asked them about putting a deposit down to hold my place; they refused. I told them I would be back with a check to buy the car later today.When I called a short time later (just after noon) to verify the price so I could come back with a check for the full amount, the sales rep told me it was already being signed on by someone else and I had to wait. Hours later (and no update from the dealer), I see on their site it's been sold. Despite agreeing to sell me the car, the dealer hadn't pulled it from the market or put a hold on it in any way. Extremely dishonest and disappointing.After I posted this review on Google, they replied and tried to blame me for not having cash in hand to buy the car that instant, and seemed offended that I'd take the car to a mechanic to have it inspected.They wasted my time and money. Avoid them.

Do not buy, or even if you buy a car to this guy, never, but never give your information to them, this July 30th 2022, I bought a car from this guy, and “he” give me a temporary license plate that have been used before to another car, after 2 months, I start receiving a lot of tickets from different Ez pass administrations around the country, right now the total of those tons of tickets is over $5,000 dollars. The incredible part of it, is there is the same white Acura TL car in all the pictures, and the date of the tickets start from February 2021, Someone is still there driving around with this car with a temp plates under my name. Please if you see this car around call the police. White Acura TL, temp plate number: 93861Y Virginia.

The owner was really nice and to the point and gave me exactly what I needed. With a 1000 down and the option to cash app my payment was just what I needed ... there was no interest so that was great. He's was flexible and I'm really greatful for Ali and his patients. Great value!!

Sterling Auto sales ia one of the best !! ,I highly recommend Mr Alie from Sterling Auto sales ,his responsivess,product knowledge,and professionalism is topnotch,I had an excellent experience with Sterling Auto sales.I got my first and second car from Mr. Ali. My experience with him is marvelous and exceptional. His customer service is second to non. Very hospitable, accommodating and reasonable. You will not regret doing business with him.
