One brand of shoes, but hundreds of variations, mostly sneakers or derivatives. Nice open show room. Looks better than an outlet, but very little service - no pressure at all!

Lots of options, a little hard to find things in the clearance section as you have to open all the boxes to really see what they are, but I did find what I needed. The store is mostly clean, but at one point I ended up with a giant mass of lint, hair and dust on the bottom of my sock that was on the floor. So perhaps a bit more sweeping or vacuuming is in order.

Went there today 4/18/24 at 8:15pm, found the store locked and the employee inside waved at me that they are closed, although their hrs online says until 9pm!!I went to the store next door and got my shoes from there. They say they close at 9pm and they indeed closed at 9pmVery unprofessional!

Very friendly staff and energetic. I went on Wednesday afternoon and the store was very empty. There are lots of shoes to choose from. I needed extra wide fit and was happy to see that they had plenty in stock. Finding 2 pairs was difficult, though, so I could get 50% off on my 2nd pair. The store's layout is superb. Everything is in its place and easy to see and get to. It's not at all cramped in there like other shoe stores. I was finally able to find a second pair that matched my style, and I left with a smile on my face. I'm from out of town, but next time I'm in the neighborhood, I will swing back by.

Looking for slip ins. Didn't have my size in the style I wanted. Relaxed fit was just that but felt too loose for my comfort. Staff was helpful though

This place have the worst customer service ever lady from today12/22/23 was so rude when I asked her something she was so rude and I know that she’s getting paid for helping customers does not have retails work retails it’s the customer always right. I ask if I can have a discount because the shoes that they have they were use and they were the only size they have and they were so rude they say I can just wash it when something is new they don’t look dirty The worst customer service ever
