Stopped in here during the 7:30 pm and they're severely understaffed. They had two people one taking care of food and one at the register . Took almost half an hour to get my order . The person behind the counter was overwhelmed with alarms going off constantly but was still pleasant and apologized. Whoever thought having two people working like that isn’t good manager. This place always busy .

I accidentally dropped my milkshake outside, I let staff know and apologized profusely and genuinely felt terrible but a taller thin man with glasses lectured me on how he has to clean it up now and genuinely made me feel awful for my simple mistake. I would have cleaned it up with or for him but I was not given the opportunity to offer as he was upset and walked off. Genuinely feel awful…

They sold me an expired Starbucks drink that has been expired for two months. It’s Hard to see due to the photo but it says exp 11 29 23.
Imagine having to inspect every item because the store will sell you expired products, might as well shop at the dollar store.

1st of all your staff need to be grateful that people purchase their products from your store and wonder how they pay for their products.
Don’t question their ability to pay. Just ring up the customer in which way you have been instructed and not badger thei being nor question anything or assume stupid ideas.
It’s known there is a particular staff personnel at this site who clearly treats others differently than others as I note from a recent comment. You can beat believe I will be calling that number.
Be warned that employee and your site may be closed for discrimination 2024.

Discriminatory behavior from employees here. They treat brown customers with disregard and greet white customers cheerfully. This Sheetz location is practicing discriminatory behavior.
