Parking is a problem. Also the salon is on the second floor with no elevator. My stylist was terrific though.

Asmaa Royal is my hairdresser. Two others as well. All are board certified hairdressers and colorists. Friendly. Excellent work. I am very happy with the service they provide. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new stylist.

I first met Sana for an updo when I was 18...I'm now 35. My mom, my grandmother, and my friends started going to her as well. I have done it all with her: color, long hair, short hair, layers, classic styles or funky styles. She does a great job, but also has a beautiful soul. Going to see Sana is like visiting a family friend.

I have NO talent (or patience) to style my hair so I know a really great cut when I get one. A cut from Sana gives my straight hair a style that looks good for 6-8 weeks. It's not just that she's a precision cutter, what makes the difference is that she understands how facial shape and bone structure can be accented or downplayed. And, I very much appreciate that she colors my hair the way I want it colored - no one size fits all. If you're looking for a new hairdresser, go get Sanafied, you'll be happy you did and your friends will ask for her number.

I come to Sana for Fatima. She is an incredible stylist with great skill in cuts, colors and updos. Whether I'm getting a trim, changing my look or getting ready for a formal event- I always leave Fatima's chair feeling beautiful and pampered!

Normally don't write reviews on Salons because they're very inconsistent...they're always so sweet and nice the first time you walk in and then when they see you coming in more regularly they start to give you less and less priority/attention. WELL AT THIS SALON ITS TOTALLY DIFFERENT! its never too busy, always greeted with a smile and the service is CONSISTENT cant ever go wrong with that. I recommend this place to anyone that's looking to be treated right:) Wish it was closer to my house but cant have it all.

I was referred to Sanas by a coworker after desperately needing a hair cut. I was definitely anxious about trying a new place as I am incredibly picky about my hair, but I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. She's very attentive to what I want, and will make suggestions that are always spot on! Once I messed up the color of my hair with a home kit and when I explained it to them, they were able to squeeze me in the next day and fixed it so that it looked amazing! I moved out to Arlington and still can't go anywhere else for my hair.

Sana does not and has not had someone do nails in her salon for years now. I have been a client of hers for over 10 years now and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. She has gone out of her way to fit me into her schedule last minute and as an American board certification colorist has outstanding technique. To the reviews above, before bashing someone's hard work you might want to make sure you are talking about the right salon... There is another salon by the name of Sana hair design in the same area, they do threading and mani/pedis. I have enjoyed being a customer for years. The place is clean, the stylists are nice and experienced, and every time I leave I look and feel better than when I walked it.

Horrible!!! Thought I'd go in for a relaxing manicure and pedicure...should have listened to the voice in my head that was saying "you can still get out." Paid $40 to get cut 4 times. After the third cut that would not stop bleeding, she put nail polish remover on it which STINGS. I ended up leaving and not getting my complete treatment, but still paid. This place is NOT clean. Beware please. I hope I don't get an infection.

Went to Sana for YEARS, and she was always amazing with cut and color. Fast, thorough and really good. She would not give you a cut that was wrong for your hair type or face, but found ways to get the look you wanted. Then, I don't know what happened. She stopped listening, and was always in a rush. No matter what I asked for, I got the same awful haircut. The last one was not something I could live with, and I called to ask her to fix it. I got nothing but attitude. Sana, please get it together. You were so amazing once.
