I was visiting the area and needed to have a prescription transferred and filled. I called and spoke with a female who stated the prescription was not available in the pharmacy, but they expected it to be available in two days and I would be contacted when it was available. When three days had passed, I became concerned as to why I had not heard back from anyone. So, I called. I was told not only had they received the medication, but it was available two days ago. I was livid. I asked why I had not been contacted with this information. The female stated she did not know. She checked to ensure my telephone number was what they had on record. It was. Once again, she stated she did not know why I had not been contacted. When I arrived at the pharmacy, the female behind the counter had her name tag turned backward so her name could not be seen. She admitted they were short-handed on certain days. However, better diligence is due at any time but especially when one works in a pharmacy. This person should not be working at the pharmacy because her name tag being turned backward is an admission of her guilt. I intentionally walked around the warehouse and passed by the pharmacy window 30 minutes after I received my medication, and she still had her name tag turned backward.

My son came to visit on Father’s Day and cook me a spectacular meal. A great place to start is the Meat Department at Sam’s. They had lots of beautiful steaks as usual but he wanted them cut special. Luckily, Kossi was working and after a brief discussion with my son, cut up two of the most beautiful 2” prime Ribeyes you have ever seen. That’s the way he is. I go to Sam’s frequently because it’s so easy to shop there. I NEVER have a line because I use their Scan and Go app. In the Meat Department Kossi or one of his folks are always willing to offer suggestions and guidance. That makes for a great shopping trip.

This is just a sam’s club in general review. I got a membership and found that I was not happy, so I canceled it months ago. After everything was confirmed, I just forgot about Sam’s club till they charged me again for a canceled membership. After 20 minutes of being on the phone with them. They said that I never canceled it, even though I spent about 30 minutes talking to a guy before to cancel the membership. Finally a different guy said he took care of it, even though I was unnecessarily rude to him.Just beware getting a membership with them. If you cancel it, you might need to do it a few times and sit on forever hold to get a refund.

This is a great store. Always clean. During the week it is very low traffic, and not too bad on the weekend. They just opened a sushi station that is fabulous! They make it fresh while you are waiting or have some available. They will even do party trays of sushi!

Im writing this review regarding the employe by the name of Cynthia. Me and myHusband came in for a pick up order and it was our first time at this location.. since we moved closer to the area we have always gone to the Woodbridge location but wanted to try this location out since it is closer. After today we will continue to make the drive there because of Ms Cynthia. She was very nasty from the start.. Walked away while talking, mumbling under her breathe, when asked myname (multiple times might I add) I tried to give her my ID she said “I don’t need that just give me your last name” which I thought was weird since they always ask for my ID. When she came finally came back with our food she left the cart in front of us and said have a nice day with an attitude to the point where we couldn’t even say thank you. I can’t believe people with this kind of attitude and person are working at this kind of prestige facility. Very disappointed and not interested in coming back. First impressions are everything.

I have been a member since 2001 I love this place great prices very easy to find what you want I went today and I found an amazing deal on plants couldn’t believe my self how much they selling it for I got money tree for only $10 it’s was very big and it was amazing price usually it is $50 I couldn’t believe my self I bought 3 and another plane total of 5 very happy with my new babies ?

I joined Sam’s club because I was given an offer from T-MOBILE to join for a very low membership fee. They also carry a few different items I like that Costco doesn’t. I love their scan and go, because I am in/out of the store without waiting in long lines. My only complaint is their in store customer service personnel.I have ran into this one customer service guy who I overheard saying “ok, whatever” to customers when they complain and say they will take their business elsewhere. He doesn’t seem to care about his job or helping to provide resolution - Costco would never…… There is no reason why I should have to call the 1-888 customer service number to handle something that happened in store. But I had to do that a few days ago. It’s a good store if you don’t have to deal with the in store customer service personnel. FYI, I still have my Costco membership this is just a backup.

I bought 4 tire from sam’s club 5 months ago and I had warranty, one of the tire became flat I went sam’s club to Check what happened to my car tire the checked it 3 and they didn’t fix it I don’t know what kind of mechanic they have they waste my 3 days I drove 240 miles just because of them. And The tire section staff are so rude and bad behavior with their Muslim customers they waste my three days just for one flat tire and make fake promise. Then they try to prove me as a liar the manager “Feza” is so bad with Muslims she is so rude and racist and even they can’t figure out that what happened the tire why it’s flat . Never go to sam’s club for tire it’s better to fix by yourself.

I am writing this complain following a horrible experience at Sam’m Club in Sterling, VA, today February, 25th 2023 in the afternoon.I was a member in Costco for many years, and now I use my husband’s card, but I was told by a couple of friends that they like Sam’s Club better, so I decided to give it a try, but I wanted to see how this store is different or similar to Costco first. I wanted to check the store and have feeling for it before deciding.I arrived to the store and the greeter lady was very nice, she explained She needed to call the manager to allow a person that is not a member to enter. I had no problem with that. She asked the lady at the desk to please call the manager, the person at the desk rolled her eyes at her, did not say anything, she was on the phone, so the greeter and me weren’t sure if she had called the manager or not. A few minutes later, I decided to ask myself to the lady at the front desk if she had called the manager. Again she rolled her eyes , didn’t say anything , and pointed forward w her finger. A person was coming , so I assumed she was the manager.I explained to the manager I was not a member, but I was thinking on becoming one. I explained I wanted to check the store first. And she was very rude, she told me unfortunately I can not let you pass because you are not a member. She continue, if you have an idea of how much you want to expend today I can give you a card. I told her again, I’m not sure if I want to join, that’s why I want to take a look at the store. And she continue to say you can not get in the store.After trying to explained again that I wanted to decide if I wanted to join or not, she continue saying no, So I told her: “You are actually kicking me out of the store?” And she said I can’t let you in unless you tell me how much you want to spend today.I left, I couldn’t believe it! Then I look into Sam’s club policies, and they do not require to be a member to visit the store, or even to buy. People can use a day pass if they want to visit or buy, a nonmember pays more, but it is possible to visit the store.I’m not sure if she denied me access to visit the store based on discrimination or any other reason, but it is definitely not the customer service a potential customer deserves. I do appreciate the greeter lady she was very welcoming, talked to me while we were waiting for the manager , and she looked very uncomfortable when I was basically being denied to enter the store.Lili IbanezSent from my iPad

As a small household, I didn't immediately see the use for a Sam's Club membership. But I definitely recommend this store to pick up larger amounts of products specifically: protein, drinks (such as sparkling water and electrolyte drinks), and paper goods. What prompted me to write this review, however, was the excellent customer service and welcoming expertise of Joseph, one of the managers up front. He helped me with the issue I had with my membership email, explaining every step along the way and making sure my problem was completely resolved. He also walked me through the app set up after I expressed some confusion around it. Despite a busy rush, he was calm and friendly. Ultimately you can go anywhere for groceries, but it's the human factor that keeps me making the 30 minute drive out to this location most weekends :)

Very disappointed.. I asked to look at a ring for around $1,600.00 and I never before was asked for my ID.. it's not just the ID part it was the way she looked at me head to toe. Do I look like a criminal? Not once was I ever asked for my ID to look at jewelry from any other Sam's club locations. This lady had on a scarf with glasses happened around 4:00pm. It's sad I feel really bad for her for being ignorant and racist. It's like me profiling all middle eastern people with scarfs are all Muslim and are terriosts. I will never return back to this Sam's club again.

Customer service is very rude and unprofessional. The lady at the customer service desk insulted my wife while we were returning a couple of shirts. Its pretty bad when my wife knows more than the employee working there. Anyways, we pay for the membership not the attitude!!! I'm not sure I will renew as this is not the 1st time we've ran into issues with employees giving attitude.

Sam's club i a great store, however, if you took the Sam's Club Master Card by Synchrony Bank, good luck. The card is difficult to get into your account, they do not send out billing notices, and then tell you are late. The store is good, the card is terrible.

Made my first visit to Sam’s Club and took out membership. Its close to Lowes as well as Walmart. Easy inside…line for member services but moved quickly as the Eye employee helped out. Walked around to become familiar. Not as large as Costco. But had items like Mucinex 600 which Costco does not have. Also picked up some winter clothes. Looked at gift cards and again unlike Costco had actual physical cards for a restaurant that you only can get online at Costco. I plan on visiting again.
