Victoria is fabulous. Just last night, I got my very first hair extensions. They look amazing! She was also very understanding of the long work call I was on while she did my hair, and flexible with my erratic work schedule.

In from out of town, and called to see if they could squeeze in a walk-in wash and blow out. They were so friendly and welcoming and worked me in quickly no problem. The woman who washed my hair gave me the most therapeutic wash/massage I've probably ever had. And the woman who dried my hair took care to be thorough with every part of my thick long greying mop, and made it lay beautifully, full of volume and shine. The care, attention, and warmth these women gave to me meant so much. I would be a regular here if I could! Sincere thanks again, ladies.

Very unprofessional. Did not receive a good color and ask for another appointment to fix. Victoria offered 2 times and I told her I would let her know by the next evening which one worked best. She did not respond. When I said I would take the first time, she responded that it has already been taken. When I asked why she had not saved it for me, she responded that she was running other businesses and had many balls to juggle. Clearly - good client service is not one of them. Will not be back.

This studio is one of the best in VA. Victoria even cut & colored my son's hair and it turned out great. Covid - safe. Clean. Awesome! Highly recommend.

I moved to VA about 2 years ago. Found this business through a Google search and decided to give it a try because of the reviews. I've had a couple of bad experiences at salons and was really hoping this would be it. And yes it was! Omaira was everything I needed from a stylist. She explained everything that she could do with my hair and provided me with real options that would give me the real results I needed. She knows what she does and it shows! So so so glad I finally found my go to stylist in VA ☺️ What a great experience! Can't wait to do more with my hair!

I always walk away with a good haircut at this place but I’m a little nervous to come back here because they do not require people to wear masks. As I was getting a haircut another customer came in and was not wearing a mask and was not asked to put one on. This makes me really uncomfortable to come back again.

I have been getting my haircut here for the past 4 years. It is incredibly clean, professional, and all the girls are very nice. They have recently turned into an independent contractor salon ( booth renting I think they call it ) and the booking process is a lot easier now because all I have to do is contact my stylist directly or book online and she gets me right in.

The staff is amazing here!! Victoria has been doing my hair for years and makes me feel so beautiful when she does it. I have long hair, but it’s a little thin so I’ve added some extensions for thickness ! Victoria colors my roots, trims my hair and does a awesome job with my extensions! Highly recommend her if you want the best!
