Stay away from this entity! Take your car to the professionals! Was referred to safelite by my insurance which I deeply regret and should have used a third party or a dealer. They left me with a huge scratch on the dash and torn trim all around the windshield. Have been battling to get this resolved for over two months, have a few more actions to take before moving to a small claims.

Final add - after photos also added. Travis finished and car looks great. EZ pass and inspection stickers moved, car clean inside. Since done before original appointment even scheduled and with perfect weather the car can now sit in the sun for hours guaranteeing a solid glue drying/seal. Thanks Safelite and Travis. In a week - major hailstorm to all clear, all from my office window.
Sitting at my office overlooking parking lot where an Aug 29 hailstorm cracked my windshield in numerous places. Safelite is here - a very polite Travis, owner take note - who even called and said he can come by early (work done here). Will add final review (and after picture) but all perfect so far. Only caution is that in reviewing car insurance got a quote from same shop considerably more (even before online discount) than doing alone so no need to even file a claim the price was fair. Just hoping Travis gets a pat on the back or bonus for maintaining top standards.

Very rude service. No parking. Went to fix minor chip and busted out my glass: very suspicious. Rescheduled me 3 times!!! Totally lost trust in them and went with another company.
I’ve had good service with other Safelite locations, but this is the dregs.

Rescheduled me to another day that I cannot make at the last minute and refused to answer their phone despite asking me to call back. Headquarters also couldn’t get them to answer….guess they didn’t want my business. I’ll go elsewhere!

Making sure I add my terrible experience to the list so others can make an informed decision. Had a small crack (less than the size of a dime) and was scheduled for a 7am appt. Arrived at 6:58am and waited until 7am to go in. (Keep in mind, stores hours listed on the door say 8am). No one was at desk, but door was open. At 7:09, someone slowly walks in with Wendy's and sits down at desk. Nothing spoken (no greeting at all) until it was initiated by me. We go outside, check the crack. Takes my keys and says it will be 30-40 minutes. I sit down. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, after no one is responding to, I am assuming a fake button to request service, I am told by another employee the car is being brought around. I take a quick peak and see there is still a mark, but no crack. Customer service is non-existent and service, well, not anywhere close to what is advertised online or told upon arrival. If you have to use a Safelite location, make the drive elsewhere.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Windshield has been leaking since they installed it. Now I have to find somewhere REPUTABLE to take my vehicle to. Hopefully they will be able to undo the damage caused. And it’s ridiculous that management has shown no interest in responding to these horrible reviews. Will NEVER use Safelite again!!!

Scheduled an appointment a week away (first available option). Less than 24 hours before the appointment I got a call that they didn’t have parts and scheduled my service for the next available (a full week from the original appointment). 24 hours before the new appointment, I got a phone call again. Still citing delayed parts, they scheduled me for the next available (a week away). Ended up calling Patriot Auto Glass, they got my windshield replaced first thing the following morning, less than 24 hours after contacting them.

Had a ridiculous experience with them today. I took off work and waited, no one showed up for the scheduled appointment. I called them during their business hours and no one is available, the system hangs up on you. This happened 8 times. Regional call center answers and just directs me to the Sterling office. They told me they don’t even have the glass, I had no idea how to respond.. do you want me to reschedule for you? Are you going to call me? I didn’t even mention the other 5 issues I had with Safelite. I’ve been on and off the phone trying to figure out what’s going on, no one knows and the phone just hangs up on me.

What was a minor ding repair in the windshield became a $900 replacement with 5 rescheduled appointments over 3 weeks ? It was a nightmare with poor customer service and accountability ?

Avoid Safelite!
I scheduled to get my windshield replaced, only to find out after dropping off my car that they ordered the wrong one. I was promised that the correct windshield would be arriving in a couple of days. That never happened! After waiting a month to get my windshield replaced and making weekly calls to check on the delivery status, I decided to call Patriot Auto Glass. Patriot Auto Glass got the windshield in two days and repaired it by the third day.
Satellite never had the courtesy to call, while Patriot's customer service was excellent.
Avoid Safelite Auto Glass!

Absolute disaster; do not take your vehicle here under any circumstances. FOUR different times, they canceled my appointment because they ordered the wrong part. The fourth time, they actually checked in my truck and took it back to the shop. When I got back to my office, I had a message that they'd have to re-order the part... no thank you. I have been trying to get a piece of glass replaced for a FULL MONTH!!!
When I walked in this morning, the employee didn't greet or even acknowledge me. I gave him my name and vehicle; he never said anything to even acknowledge my existence, other than begin working on his computer. The first words he spoke were, "I need a card for $100."
This place is a joke... avoid it at all costs

They did a nice job replacing the window, but pick-up was stressful as I didn’t get a phone call until after their closing time, and after I tried calling them. No one picked up, so sent my son over to see if they were still there!

Don't bring your car here, you'll leave with more problems than you came in with. This place has HORRIBLE service and are incredibly IRRESPOINSIBLE.
I brought in my CRACKED sunroof and instead of replacing it they replaced my perfectly GOOD windshield instead. When we told them this issue they brushed it off and charged us $1000 and $800 to our insurance and refuse to fix their mistake.
Now I'm left with a cracked sunroof and the windshield is poor quality that keeps fogging up for no reason. I have been trying to reach out to them for months but they refuse to call me back or speak to me, AND they flagged my phone numbers so they wont pick up my calls.
