After my year-old truck took a beating from an unexpected hail storm, I took my Insurance quote to Royal and they handled the rest. A few weeks later my Maverick looks like new again, body straight and paint matching. It was almost surprising how easy the process was, no drama and good information from Royal the whole way. Gary was even happy to respond quickly every time I emailed him for an update.
They're a friendly and professional crew who do great work, I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a body shop. They know what they're doing, and they'll get your ride back exactly how you want it.

Great experience with Royal Auto Body of Sterling. I had a small scratch on the back of my 4Runner, which I wanted to get repaired. I stopped by Royal Auto Body and they were able to Buff the scratch off in 20 minutes. Nice when things are quick, easy and reasonably priced!

Gary is a master of his craft…a mechanic, an engineer, and an artist. Others in the shop worked on my car as well and I don’t want to take anything away from them, but Gary was my POC and was personally involved in all aspects of the repair. Everything forward of the engine of my 350Z was destroyed. A wire harness was damaged, wires were ripped out of sensors, the air induction system was severely damaged, radiator and condenser destroyed, multiple coolant connections sheared off, the engine ran poorly and with codes, a harness bracket was snapped off of the engine block that held it and the threads holding it damaged. Every expert recommended that I total the car and start over. Gary helped me understand what was broken, what might be broken, and helped me gather the data that I needed to better understand the collision load path, what absorbed the energy, and what the risks of unknown catastrophic damage were. Based on this, and a lifetime of engineering experience, I decided to fix the car. We did mechanicals first so as not to waste money on bodywork until we knew it was mechanically sound. Gary rebuilt it: radiator bracket, radiator, condenser, wiring harness repair (vice an expensive replacement), air induction, multiple sensors, and he troubleshot to a bad relay when it wouldn’t start. The mechanical rebuild required an automotive expert, and Gary was the guy. The engine ran like new. Phase 2: bodywork. Royal built up an entire new front end and hood, aligned it all beautifully, and the paint is perfect. Other automotive professionals have commented on the quality of the paint job (their online reputation for paint is why I chose Royal)…perfectly matched and smooth, and without any orange peel texture, etc. In summary, this rebuild required a shop that knows not only how to replace, but how to figure things out and repair them. The 350Z is better than it was before the accident, and that’s because Gary and the crew at Royal had the breadth of knowledge and skill to handle this expansive repair. Strongly recommended.

We got our carbon fiber fenders painted by Royal Auto Body and we are very pleased with the result. The process was easy and got the painted fenders within a week. We would highly recommend these guys and would definitely return for any other work in the future.

I was originally quoted 3x what Royal Auto Body quoted me at another place but Royal Auto Body was able to get me in very fast, repairs were completed quickly and reasonably priced.
