I wish I could offer more than 5 stars! The folks at this dealership are amazing. Upon entering you are immediately greeted with a warm and friendly client representative and a lovely showroom floor filled of exquisite vehicles. Whether you’re buying a $50,000 vehicle or a $400,000 rolls Royce, the staff treats everyone the same. This is a no pressure atmosphere, I didn’t feel like I was a client being sold a car, I felt like a friend was showing me around his collection allowing my to choose which vehicle I wanted. A complete different approach to car sales-in the past two days I have visited Mercedes, Porsche, and BMW (competitions to this showroom) and none gave me the attention and friendliness as this dealership. All the others had high pressure sales, sales tactics, and typical sales attitudes. I found none of this here. This dealership didn’t just sell me a vehicle, they made a client for life. I absolutely will come back to this dealership when I’m ready for future purchases.

My experience with this dealership was stupendous. The salesperson was professional and accommodating. From my initial meeting to consummating the purchase was second to none. It is without recalcitrance that I fully recommend your next car be purchased from Rolls Royce of Sterling. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Brought 2005 Phantom in because flat tire light kept coming on. Recalibrate & because I had brought car in before w same problem, no charge which I thought was a very gracious and classy thing to do.

Always A1 service and never a long wait time when you set an appt. They are very neat, respectful and clean there. The area where they service all the vehicles is immaculate. Looks like a showroom. I love it there ??♀️

The service at this dealership is awful. I have colleagues that have told me the same. Just recently the service department has been trying to overcharge and milk every penny they can get, like a jiffy lube. Recently my vehicle went in for service and the service manger treated the whole situation like a a quick lube facility. Is this a Rolls Royce dealership or a Dodge dealership.

My vehicle was towed there for repairs. I physically went to the shop and looked over the repairs with the service advisor. I was very blunt and clear on what repairs I wanted done and what repairs I didn't want done. The service advisor told me it's an extremely expensive car and he suggest I repair the plastic pieces on the under carriage of the car. I told him I'm not interested in repairing those pieces and he can go ahead with the additional work needed. After some time I was told the car is ready for me to pick up and once I got there the service advisor told me the wheel bearing need to be replaced as well. I paid for the repairs (in full) that they did and took the car for one day and then dropped it back off the next day. Now they are telling me the repairs are completed and I owe them money for the under carriage pieces! They are telling me they will put the parts in the trunk since I didn't authorize the repair. When I asked them who authorized it they told me my insurance company. The insurance company does not own the car so they have no say on authorizing work to the car. The car has no lien on it, so there is no financial institution that has interest in the car. Insurance cut a check directly to me for the repairs and I have the right pick and choose what I'd like to get repaired. I've asked for someone on the management team to reach out to me via email and it's been about 4 days and I've still yet to hear from anyone. Instead they called MY insurance company and told them that I'm refusing to pay them and I pocketed the money. This was highly unprofessional!!!! I spoke with my insurance company and they told me, once they cut the check to the customer it's their money and they can do whatever with it they please with the cash. This experience with them has been horrible and now I've called RR customer service to involve them. This not my first high end car that has went in for repairs. Never had to deal with nonsense at the Mercedes dealer when I take my Maybach in for repair, never had to deal with nonsense taking in my Quattroporte GTS to Maserati for repairs, no issues at the Bentley dealership with my Flying Spur and even Cadillac has given me better customer service then Rolls Royce motor cars Sterling VA. The level of professionalism is not up to par with Rolls Royce standards. Almost feels like I was profiled. Completely unethical and unprofessional. HORRIBLE!!!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!! At this point I'm thinking of selling the car as they are the only Rolls Royce dealership in town. Who wants to deal with that level of unprofessionalism especially at a high end dealership such as Rolls Royce! Wish I could give NO STARS!!!!! Updating my review: LAST TIME I SPOKE TO SOMEONE THERE WAS MONDAY AND HERE WE ARE ON SATURDAY AND I'VE YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE!

Buyers beware the Sterling dealerships will take advantage and string you along their currently doing it at their BMW dealership. Leaving customers waiting for 5 months and still no title.The only way to get their attention is post a 1 star review. Which we’ll continue to do and now all their dealerships will get a 1 star review.They got paid in full and have been stringing us along. Why can’t they just pick up the phone and be honest. Stop hiding!!!!Where’s the title?? please don’t blame covid I work with DMV on other vehicles their not this backed up.
