I am absolutely thrilled to share my recent experience with Sterling Motorcars in Virginia. Let me paint you a vivid picture of the unparalleled disaster I experienced dealing with this establishment. Firstly, I came across a high-performance SUV from Sterling Motorcars all the way from California. I engaged with sales advisor Sam A. and agreed on an all-cash deal price on Saturday, February 25th! I was practically itching to wire the money by Monday. Since I am buying the car from a different state, I went the extra mile and hired an inspection company to thoroughly examine the car on Monday. Sam relayed that the manager had informed him of another potential buyer scheduled to view the car that same day. I offered to expedite the inspection process by arranging for a technician to assess the vehicle on Sunday itself but did not get any reply from Sam. I am guessing that something is wrong with the car since they are avoiding the inspector. The entire day on Monday, no response to my messages, no reassuring phone calls. It wasn't until I resorted to leaving a rather pointed message expressing my dissatisfaction on Tuesday that Sam decided to grace me with a call. And what news did he bring? The car had been sold! Can you imagine the audacity? This, my dear readers, is the epitome of unprofessionalism at its finest. It's abundantly clear that Sterling Motorcars cares more about making a quick buck than fostering genuine relationships with its clientele. My advice? Steer clear of this establishment like you would a contagious plague. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I wish I could offer more than 5 stars! The folks at this dealership are amazing. Upon entering you are immediately greeted with a warm and friendly client representative and a lovely showroom floor filled of exquisite vehicles. Whether you’re buying a $50,000 vehicle or a $400,000 rolls Royce, the staff treats everyone the same. This is a no pressure atmosphere, I didn’t feel like I was a client being sold a car, I felt like a friend was showing me around his collection allowing my to choose which vehicle I wanted. A complete different approach to car sales-in the past two days I have visited Mercedes, Porsche, and BMW (competitions to this showroom) and none gave me the attention and friendliness as this dealership. All the others had high pressure sales, sales tactics, and typical sales attitudes. I found none of this here. This dealership didn’t just sell me a vehicle, they made a client for life. I absolutely will come back to this dealership when I’m ready for future purchases.

Brought 2005 Phantom in because flat tire light kept coming on. Recalibrate & because I had brought car in before w same problem, no charge which I thought was a very gracious and classy thing to do.
