Came here to get running shoes, and Fabian took great care of me. He made some really good recommendations and also gave really good advice on what shoes to get. I became a VIP member and bought some good shoes with a custom insole. I'll definitely be back.

I had every intention on buying a few pairs of running shoes, but was turned off after realizing this store does not practice good hygienic principles when it comes to the fit finder process. While attempting to get fitted, I was asked to take off my shoes and socks to walk on the treadmill. Immediately I thought this was gross because so many other people have been barefoot on the treadmill before and I’m sure the staff doesn’t clean the equipment at all. Nonetheless my dumb self got on the treadmill anyway to get a proper fitting. Once done, I asked the young lady if I can have a wipe to clean my feet. She says they don’t have any… so I ask can I just have a napkin to wipe off the nasty dirt from the treadmill to which she kind of looked at me funny, but I tell her it’s just really dirty and I needed to wipe my feet off before trying on new shoes.Basically that was my entire experience. I just got fed up after being disgusted that they are allowing people to use the same machine barefoot with no proper cleaning tools in sight. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope I don’t get foot fungus. This store is nasty.

Tabitha was really awesome! I went in looking for some new running shoes for long distance and Tabitha did a great job helping me out! This was my first time at road runner sports so I didn’t know what to expect. The experience was extremely personal and customized. Tabitha was very knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely be coming back! Best shopping experience ever! By the way, Ive already tried out my new brooks with my custom insoles and I’ve never felt more comfortable during my runs! Great recommendation!!

It's hard to give any kind of positive review to a place that actively snubs you. I went in with my wife (we're both runners). I went one way to look at stuff, her another direction. Someone helped her right away. I don't look quite as much like your typical runner as my wife, but I went over and tried on some shoes all by myself, looked at shorts, which I needed, looked at a new running belt for my stuff; no one said a word to me. More people came in after us and got helped right away. My wife bought some expensive running shoes that day but returned them soon after when she realized how they treated me. Neither of us will be returning.
