Good store, but they couldn’t transfer over one of my Walgreens prescriptions from a different branch? Without explanation too.

I never rate places one star, but if you start to help someone, see it through. I showed up a few minutes before close and they refused to use a coupon I had because it would take them too long to put it in the system. They told me I should come back another time. That's terrible customer service!

The staff is fine, personality wise, but I'm not sure if they are focused on their jobs. I've gone in there a few times and some of the food products are expired for a week or 2. Or they run out of things and it's not restocked for weeks. I find myself just avoiding it all together.

I have not been to the Pharmacy, but the rest of the staff is great and friendly. Always smile and ready to help. They actually walk me to where an item is. I'm in customer service (we all are if we work) but this walking a customer to what they are looking for instead of just pointing is a lost service in most places.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Last month it took me 6 trips over the course of 7 days to get my prescriptions refilled. They told me the prescriptions would be ready, I would show up to get them, and find out they were not ready. This continued for a week. I will never use them again and do everything I can to warn other people how bad they are.

1/8/2018 -Looking for flu vaccine for my teenage sons. First Rite Aid was out of vaccines and sent us to this one. Completed paperwork and was told to sit and wait. Waited for about 20 minutes with no other acknowledgment from the pharmacy. Meanwhile, more and more people came, were helped and left. Went to go under and asked how long it would be. Woman said the pharmacist was on phone. I said I just wanted to know how long it would be. I decided to wait 10 more minutes expecting someone to tell me, but no one told us anything. I expect to be treated with more respect and will definitely not be coming back. Hopefully when they switch to Walgreens their customer service will improve.

I love this rite aid! It's conveniently across the street from my home. I've been shopping here exclusively for over 2 years . The staff has always been friendly. I've never had an experience from customer service that was bad. In fact the manager Gerry is one of my favorite people. I've never had a bad experience at the pharmacy... or had an absurd wait time. If the wait time is longer than expected it's because the pharmacist are working on other patients that were before you! Again the general public sucks - the world doesn't revolve around you champ - let's take it back to kindergarten and relearn patience! My ONLY bad experience have been other customers. The general public is rude and unfriendly. I love this place it deserves higher ratings, or maybe it just needs better patrons

Okay so not counting the pharmacy here which clearly everyone hates, this location is very convenient to access off of rt.7, they have a good amount of parking and have a decent amount of handicap parking. The inside is very well organized and has a huge selection of products that you would get at a drugstore. Customer service is usually pretty good, the staff there is pretty knowledgeable if you need something that you can't find in a drugstore. Although, you should be able to find anything you want on your own because...you know...it's a generic Rite Aid...but that's a whole nother topic for another review. Pharmacy drive-thru works and given the fact that they (and they alone) are the only 24hr pharmacy open within a 10 square mile radius it's hard to knock them down stars for the sins of past employees.

Should get ZERO STARS. Worst pharmacy ever. If they give you an estimate of 5-10 min, count on a minimum of 45. After 4 out of 5 experiences there. The shorted me 30 pills and I had to research to prove it and have them issued to me. Awful.
