Sakariye was absolutely wonderful and very comforting when taking my sample and answering questions I had about my symptoms. You all are very lucky to have such a pleasant person working for the public. What a health hero!

They gave me the BEST service ever! I got my result less than an hour. Staff are all nice and friendly. I've traveled a lot during the pandemic and tried different clinics but they're the no.1 for me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ResourcePath! ?

I paid for a rapid test that was supposed to give results in an hour. That was 4 days ago and I’ve heard nothing from ResourcePath. They use an answering service that has zero insight into the process and can only take your name and number. I’ve left my number four times, and told I’ll get a call back each time, but nothing. No one ever calls. At this point I think they must’ve lost my test. If anyone at ResoucePath sees this, can you help me out?

I scheduled a COVID test two weeks before my International flight. On Christmas Day, they gave me the gift of a cancellation. Thanks for nothing. You deserve a ZERO.

I am trying to get a COVID test done for travel, tried to call the last three days through the answering service, no response. I called this morning and the cost of the test is 350 dollars, it is called the surge fee. I am speechless, exploiting? Airlines impose a rule and the testing places are trying to exploit the rule!Thank you for the reply. Even, if your center said we are at capacity, I would not have written this review. In short you have staff available for the test for 350? Just does not make sense.

My husband and I both took a 24 hour PCR test yesterday morning at 10:30 AM. It is now after 6 o'clock PM and still no test results. We were promised at noon that it would be 2 hours, we were promised at 2 that it would be 2 hours, we were promised at 5 o'clock it would be 1 hour and we are still waiting. This is unbelievably frustrating as as our plane leaves tomorrow for Canada at 6 AM and we still have to download the results into the arrive can website.

I get it that your staff is overworked, perhaps your supplies are running low, and you have to cancel testing appointments, for these and other reasons. But, why then even turn around and offer to proceed with that appointment for a 533% markup, raising your fee from $75 up to $400? It seems like a bait and switch.

What a joke. Had our daughter tested here 3 times in 3 days (negative test required for daycare). First result, positive. Second, negative. Third, positive. Upon negative result we asked why and were told the virus was at the end of its cycle (or something of that nature). So we did the third test as a tiebreaker and it was positive so their theory did not hold up. We were then told their “medical director” would give us a call to explain in further detail. That was 4 days ago and still waiting on that call. So we had a 4th test done, again hoping for a negative result so she can return to daycare. They tell you “results could take up to 48 hours, unless positive then it’ll be 24hrs”... That 4th test was 53+ hours ago and still have heard nothing. So is she negative..? We have called twice, each time being promised a return call with results. Have heard nothing. Apparently those running this place do not understand some people have a lot riding on these results. Not just from a safety perspective but a financial one as well. People miss work, are unable to attend daycare, etc. All of which comes at a significant cost or loss of wages $$... Get your act together, people are counting on you. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I am always pleased with their services. Adding a closer location in Arlington VA, it is really convenient. And the PCR price is among the lowest compared to other testing lab. Guys, I highly recommend take your PCR travel required with ResourcePath, fast turn around for the 48 hours test. Thanks guys

Warning: Covid testing scammersMade an appointment for a pre-travel covid test a couple weeks ago with Resource Path in Sterling for this morning. The website and agreed upon price was $75. We arrived this morning to be told that our appointment was canceled, and that if we wanted a test we would have to pay $400. After arguing with the manager, the car next to us informed us that the same thing happened to them, and they were being charged $350. Obviously, they are price gouging and scamming people into paying more because of the desperate need for covid test. We refused to pay and left, but the cars beside us paid the exorbitant price because they needed the test, so their scam is obviously working.ETA response to comment from Resource Path: That doesn't explain different from one customer to the next, exorbitant, unposted (see Resource Path website screenshot of prices) prices.

Simply Outstanding! From the crew in Sterling answering my questions, to the crew in Arlington doing the tests, everyone is just awesome. I've had the best customer service experience I have had in many many years, if not the best. We needed the 1-3 hour rapid PCR for my daughters' flights the next morning and they helped us take care of it promptly with zero wait, and a very reasonable price. Better price than anything we found in the DC Metro area, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. So lucky I found them in my online search. Not only that, the appointment set up system was so easy! First you find the test and location you want, then you input all your personal information, unlike other providers that make you enter your information first before you find out they don't have appointments available. And I didn't have to open accounts in order to set up an appointment. Best experience ever. Thank you ladies and gentlemen! You are awesome.

Greetings to all, I do not usually write a review of business establishments, restaurants or a number of subjects but this one is very relevant to people who have to rely on appointments in a timely manner. My wife and I were scheduled to fly from Washington DC to Barbados on 28 December 2021. Living in California and visiting daughter in that area over the holidays I scheduled testing at Resource Path for 26 December 2021 to meet the 72 hour time frame for strictly enforced Barbados. I received appointment verification and even wrote that this was very important as over the holidays there were very limited opportunities to meet this time frame. I was assured that Resource Path would be there for us (I still have their confirmation mailing) and that all was a go.Well, on 25 December 2021 we received a call that we were to go to the alternate location in Sterling and, once again, told we would be handled for our scheduled, reservation at this alternate facility. Then, at 11:57 pm that night we received a general posting from them that they would not be able to handle "walk in" testing due to the high volume of omicron cases; they simply would not have enough product for the general populace.High anxiety found us in front of this Sterling, VA office with the CLOSED sign! With little recourse we went to the nearby Dulles airport and had to beg and cajole for this all important testing. An appointment for the following day was arranged after pleading our case. The $250 testing for each one of us left a $500 additional cost in our anxiety level and pocketbook. Alas, we were able to proceed with our flight. Two mailings to Resource Path to admonish them for this inaction on their part for our reservation (not walk up) was left with a return impersonal scripted "due to the volume of..." insincere apology mailing. After reaching out to them twice my wife and I are still appalled at the lack of fortitude of this "Medical agency" response for our reservation in dealing with a critical international travel parameters. Not even a phone call. We made our commitment to them but a feeble response was their customer service to us. Thought the general public should know about this and hopefully not experience the same lack of responsibility afforded to us.Gene McCandless
