So far so good! We're on leg 1 of a 30 day move. The movers showed up on time, they brought what was asked as far as moving materials, and they were quick. I wasn't really finished packing and they were nothing but supportive to help me finish getting everything prepped and out the door. Our stuff is now 30 days in storage and we'll move in a month into our permanent home. Thanks to Linda, Stan, Peter, Christian, Carlos and Kevin for a great experience so far!

We used Regal moving services for our move from MD to DE and they were great at the beginning and we had thought at the end until we found out we were missing some boxes and that they damaged our refrigerator. Their claims person Ron told us we needed to have a company assess the problem and they would reimburse us for that cost and the cost to have it fixed, right up until we told him the cost was 1500, At which point he then reneged on that and said they would pay half for a new one. He told us that the claim had been sent to Stan and he'd cut us a check. We never got it and when we tried to call Stan everyday for two + weeks we never got a call back or a response. That was over 6 months ago and were still waiting. We filed a BBB complaint but they never responded to that either When sent letters, and I even sent registered letters that were returned. We did a great deal of research into moving companies before selecting them and they were top rated At the time, and priced within our budget. We worked with their salesperson, Mike, who assured us that we'd made a good decision to use Regal, top of the line, honest, above board in their work, ha! We should have know by the fact that Mike left the company 2 months after pickup that there were issues we might have in getting our stuff back without incident.Stan be forewarned our attorney is considering filing charges of theft, grand larceny and fraud if you do not address our claim. We paid extra for the insurance and have not received satisfaction to date.

RUN, RUN, RUN FAST This is NOT a reputable company. The absolute worst customer service. They lost several of my boxes and half of my bedframe. It now falls over. They showed up 5 hours late for the move without enough movers. They then had to move me in two days, and the second day brought movers they found on the side of the road. They have not answered my claim and when I call ed to complain they threatened me. Do NOOOOOT use this company? I wish i could select ZERO stars.

We had an excellent experience with our Regal full service move!The crew handled all of our items with care, used high-grade packing materials and accommodated where promised/requested. We have already shared our experience with our real-estate agent, thus spreading the word by adding Regal to their "preferred vendor" list.Words can't describe how pleased we were with our Regal move other than rating this company and their crew with Five stars!Thanks again for everything!!!

We booked Regal Moving Service for a interstate move. Overall I am very impressed with the service. Linda and Stan were were responsive and helpful in answering any question that I had including walking me through the insurance options. Linda made sure to follow up about any open questions and get me the answers I needed. Our driver Peter was wonderful and kept us updated throughout his drive. Delivery was fast and went smoothly, our items were delivered within 3 days. I would definitely book them again in the future.

Hire Regal for an interstate move and you, too, can get a delivery of someone else’s vault and furniture pieces. Going on 8 months and I still don’t have my items but paying $350 in storage for boxes delivered to me that need to be returned to rightful owner. Regal has not reimbursed for any of it, nor the high fees to pay for the “move”. Meanwhile, my items sit in their warehouse (8 months now) because it’s not profitable for them to do the long distance haul/exchange. BONUS: If you act today, they will even move your treadmill and leave it in your living room for five months in this condition. And then tell you that it can’t be touched or moved because it will void the insurance claim. They will come and pick it up at the threat of legal action, send one guy (so have someone on hand to help), destroy it further, and then never turn the claim into insurance because they have not paid their premium to the insurance company. I highly recommend Regal if you are looking for a very expensive way to dispose of your valuables and heirlooms and if you have extra cash to pay for someone else’s storage.

Up until moving into our new home I would have highly recommended Regal but after we moved in, we found that the French door refrigerator we brought with us no longer worked. And while it was clean and dry and in excellent working order when they picked it up, when it was delivered it was moldy inside and in the water lines. We called to file a claim against the insurance we purchased and got the runaround from their claims manager Ron, who practically accused us of lying about it working when it was picked up. He implied that we only brought it with us so we could collect on a previously broken fridge. Why would anyone bring a broken refrigerator to a brand-new house. That's ridiculous! At Ron's urging we contacted a repair service to evaluate it and found out the cost to repair it and they informed us that it would be over $1400 and not worth the work and they could not guarantee that it would even work again. Ron said they would pay half the cost to repair the fridge but that's not enough anymore. I want the cost for a new fridge since it worked perfectly fine before Regal got their hands on it. We've also called Stan Burke (the President) no less than 15 times in the past 2 months and left messages each time but still haven't gotten a call back or a reply of any kind. I'm afraid our next step is to contact the Dept of Transportation (licensing organization) and the BBB to file a complaint. We were happy with their services until this happened, but now they've just pissed us off. I want the cost to replace the fridge that was damaged and the cost for the evaluation, I'm not looking for anything else, unless we have to take them to court then I'm going for court costs too.

Great company! Moving is hard and it's stressful to find a company you can trust. I had a small move and it was hard to find someone to deliver for me. Regal was upfront about timing and fees and delivered as expected with nothing broken or missing. Fees charges as expected which was important to me. Team was extremely professional and I highly recommend!!

Dealing with Regal moving was a breeze from beginning to end. Our move kept getting postponed for various reasons and Regal was quick to make adjustments to accommodate our needs. Everyone from the estimators to the office staff, packers and movers were kind, efficient and very professional. We will be relocating out of state in the next year and look forward to using Regal moving again. We highly recommend Regal Moving Services.

Our family is very pleased with our experience using Regal for a one-way long distance household move. They filled a gap by packing many items we could not pack ourselves; and they delivered and unloaded our shipment very timely. All employees were neat, courteous, and respectful of our needs.

Zero Stars.I prefer to recognize a company for great customer service, but I think it's important to cite a company for blatant disrespect, lying and forcing legal action over an agreed upon settlement. This happened to us with Regal Moving. We moved cross country in January and contracted with Regal to move our household belongings. First, they were two weeks late delivering our household items. We were told this was due to a driver shortage. During this time, our items were moved off the moving truck and into a warehouse even though we were told by the sales person that our goods would stay on the truck until delivery. One of the reasons we selected Regal is because we did not want our household goods handled more than necessary, but they moved it twice more than promised. When we got our items it appeared that animals had used some of our furniture to sleep on. (We do not have any animals.) Several things arrived with fur and stains. The legs of 6 pieces of furniture were removed and hidden in a place that took us 2 weeks to find. Our dining chairs were very badly stained. We worked with Regal management and reached an agreement in early March. Both parties signed and agreed to a fixed amount of reimbursement so we could purchase new dining chairs.On April 28, 2022, after not having received a check or any further communication from Regal, we sent an email to Regal and were told the check would go out the following day. It did not. We emailed again on May 9, 2022 as we still had not received the check. This was ignored. On May 16, 2022, we contacted them again, as it had been two months since both parties had signed the Release Form and it appeared Regal was intentionally stalling to pay the claim.We had no further communication from the company nor did we receive a check. In July we retained an attorney to help resolve this. Once the letter was sent the president immediately called our attorney and said the check would go out on Friday. We finally got paid.Not only were we lied to, we were ignored and treated with disrespect. This is not how you get business. Please be cautious if you hire this company.
