Rudest customer service I have encountered in my life. No greetings - no thank you. She literally said in the end ‘you can go now’ without even looking at me. That is it. Please pay your staff well or get them trained again.

We were in distress and Bill helped us a lot, he was very patience, dilligent and accurate with his instructions. We appreciate how kind he was, he provided us a wonderful service. Thank you Bill for being so empathetic and extremely proffessional.

I do appreciate the kindness and professionalism of “Bill”. Thank you so much Mr. Bill. However, He is the one and only Person serving this Quest facility. How can this be fair to Bill and all other waiting patients. This is going to be the last time I use Quest. Shame on your management.

I had an anxiety- inducing experience this afternoon at Quest Diagnostics Sterling.I usually like to arrive early for appointments, and when I realized that because of traffic, I wouldn’t even be on time, I did What I always do and attempted to give a courtesy call to the office. However, the phone number listed on the Google profile page took me to a voice mail to a Quest office in Florida. I checked my confirmation email, and there was no phone number there either. I tried to find the location’s phone number on Quest’s website, but without typing in symptoms or types of tests and zip codes I wouldn’t be able to find location information. And I wouldn’t do that while driving. (There is no phone number listed anyway). So, I was already feeling really anxious upon arrival because of not being able to touch base about being a few minutes late because of traffic.Upon parking where my directions app told me, I didn’t see the suite # until I walked all the way around the building. (Usually doctors office websites will have this kind of info, but this is such a huge company without individualized location pages, so I didn’t have any advanced notice.) So, now I was even more anxious. When I entered the waiting room, I saw that there was a dark front office with no one at the desk and only a kiosk to sign in at. A man walked in right as I did, and he took a very long time to sign in - several minutes. All the while, my anxiety about being late was building. I was really uncomfortable that there was no one I could talk to.When it was my turn to sign in, the kiosk told me that I was 10 minutes late and I had to either reschedule or join the stand by list. Since the office is only open until 3:30, the stand by list didn’t sound promising.I really didn’t like that the whole system was automated. There was no way for me to call to speak to anyone or talk to a human once I arrived.I had time limitations for the testing I needed done, and the automation was so stressful. As someone who deals with anxiety, this whole process exasperated it a lot.Knowing that the kiosk line could be used against you and the fact that the area is super busy, I would advise people going here to arrive as early as you can. Even if it’s not your fault, if the kiosk detects that you are signing in more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. there is nothing you can do about it and no one to talk to.

Excellent customer service and pleasant staff. Acknowledged that I had an appointment, super-fast, efficient, easy check-in/out, and very pleasant interaction with all staff. Great job.

Leaving a positive review for anyone who is nervous to come here based on previous reviews (like I was).I am a dentist. The place was clean, they seated me right on time, the provider was kind and made me feel at ease, she only poked me once and it was as simple as getting blood drawn anywhere else! Was out on time.

I've waited for 10 days for test results when I was told 5-7 days. There is no number that gives you an an actual person to talk to. The customer service on the app is non-existent.

I had two schedules appts for an H. Pylori breath test and an stool drop off. At the time, the tech did not seem to know what she was doing -she told me she only needed one of the bottles of stool samples my doctor told me to collect and asked me if I wanted the 2nd stool sample back (she then just threw it away). 3 days later I found out that neither test was performed due to negligence of the tech. She entered the wrong test for the stool sample, so the lab just threw it out rather than running the needed test and the breath specimen leaked in transit so it could not be performed. This is a big deal because I have to stop needed medication for a full 2 weeks before I can test again. So one tech's incompetence is going cost me two weeks of pain. Also, the number listed online for this clinic does actually ring to Sterling, Va instead it rings somewhere in Florida. So I couldn't talk to anyone about these issues.

I'm gonna start off by saying if I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment. There was no one at the front desk to help with anything at all. When the ONE employee walked out to get the person who had an appointment before mine. He was full of excuses including he was working with a kid (which after my appointment I'm very sorry for that kid). When it was finally my turn, the employee was rude when he asked me what I was here for. I was already pissed off cause I had to fast for these tests. I had scheduled this appointment so I wouldn't mess with my medication schedule( which this all has). Finally he stabs me and I mean stabs me. It hurt soooo bad and I've gotten my blood drawn a lot. I'm scared to see what the bruise on my arm will end up looking like after taking off the gauze and seeing a cut in my arm from where the blood was taken.

I’ve had very easy and friendly experiences here with COVID testing. Their communication is great and their process is speedy.

An unusual stop today, Quest Diagnostics. Part of Google Maps request for validation. Well, this facility exists and is located on the back exit entrance of 14 Pigeon Hill Drive in Sterling VA. Located inside the largest building in the shopping by the water fountain. The Quest Diagnostics facility looks empty at first; however, it isn't. The staff striking requires people entering for service and they've automated the process so that their is minimal contact with any requiring their services, which by the way is Pre-employment drug testing, and blood screening as well. Upon entering the waiting area it is very bland with grey-colored cushioned chairs and a single television set, but it's clean as one would expect. In addition, they've clearly posted signs that masks are required and social distancing is observed. So I think they've done a great job of jeering everyone safe and well-informed with the rewritten to access the facility services. Outside there is plenty of parking although you wouldn't know it, there is parking right at the entrance as well. So, if the navigation device leads to the front just turn right and you'll see additional parking spaces.

Our doctor scheduled a visit here for bloodwork and did not tell us masks were required ahead of time. We have no problem wearing masks but did not bring any. This very rude male staff members proceeded to shout at us “wear masks or leave” and proceeds to continue chanting this phrase even though I calmly asked him if he could provide a mask (which I can see on the front desk through the safety glass). He tells me he will not do such a thing and told us to leave....needless to say we will be asking our doctor if we can go elsewhere for service. Handled very unprofessionally. Would not recommend going here if you have any medical issue in which you cannot wear a mask or if you have financial difficulties in which buying masks for one visit would put a strain on your budget.
