Made an appointment for 8:50, at 9:35 still not seen. No person at counter to ask questions or status. This happens at every Quest, not sure what the point of an appointment is if you will just ignore them.

I had to change the time and location several times, but everything went extremely smoothly. Check-in was a snap, the technician took me early, was very professional and helpful. All reflected very well on Quest Diagnostics.

Every time , we need to wait 30 to 40 minutes after schedule time. Big crowd waiting in the area. Most of them are waiting longer time than scheduled time. This happened 2nd time for me. My appointment time 8:40 am. It ha been advised to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time. I checked in by 9:20 am. I was called by 10:15 am. Got tired as we waiting with Fasting.
Technician is knowledgeable. But He is very busy in doing everything.

I booked an appointment but then needed to reschedule. They blamed my doctors office for not providing me with instructions on how to prepare for their test. Noone at front desk. Noone staffs the phone.

The staff is great, everything is clean except the check in TV that tells you who's next is blue. Please replace it or find out how to change it.

The staff at the Pigeon Hill quest are truly wonderful and skilled people. I dread bloodwork, but never mind coming here because of the friendliness and caring of the staff.

I made an appointment for 9:30 and was seen at 9:30. No wait time and Bill who did my blood draw was an absolute professional. No pain, quick and easy! 11/10 recommend this location and especially Bill. I usually have terrible times getting blood drawn but he was fantastic

I had a very satisfactory experience with Quest Diagnostics at this location. I arrived 10 minutes early as it requested and after using the automatic check in screen, was seen about 2 minutes later. The technician was kind, quick and very efficient. It was much faster than I thought it would be, and my test results were shared with my doctor in less than a week. Note: The entrance to Quest is at the back of the building where there is additional parking and a drop off area if that is easier for you.

If you are looking to waste over an hour of your time, then this is the place to go!! I came for my 8:30 appointment and waited until 9:10 to actually get checked out. When I did get into an exam room, the technician took 8 minutes to PRINT out my document and then took an additional 7 more minutes to do whatever he was doing( on his phone texting and taking phone calls on his personal phone) another technician came in late but she managed to take blood out way quicker than he did. (Mind you he was the only one taking blood at the time) it's not only understaffed but also seems like someone is inexperienced. I'm pretty sure he's the lead technician too which says a lot about his actions. I feel bad for the 9 people in the waiting room too. Some people left because it took too long and they were gonna miss their other appointments.(like I did) If you can't do your job correctly, learn to. Maybe all these bad reviews will actually affect the work ethic.
