Too pricey. Staffs are too busy doing so many other errands. No one is dedicated to man their front desk. When I was asking the price quote over the phone, they asked me to send pic first then within 2 days will answer. I went straightly walked there but then they were too busy for me. So finally I went straightly to their competitor who did 180⁰ much better job than what they performed #VerySad they lost potential customer & potential 5 stars from me :)

I have been very pleased with the work that Quality Graphics and Printing did for me. They first printed my book and then I was able to ask them for more copies of it and I keep asking for more. They do an excellent job and I don't have to wait very long to receive the books. I highly recommend them.

We have been impressed with the quality, timeliness and very reasonable prices charged to produce the quarterly Northern Virginia Bird Club newsletter. Joe and Sam Zaccack at Quality Graphics & Printing are pleasant to work with and very professional. Joe recommended a higher quality paper that shows off the color photographs and makes the newsletter look more professional. They have printed our newsletters since 2021 and transitioned to providing full mailing service in 2022.

Our company has done annual calendars with photos submitted by employees each year and due to timing we were looking for a faster turn around than if we had ordered online. I found QG Print with a Google search and am so happy I did! Not only did I like the fact that we were supporting a local business, but Sam and Joe were super responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Their pricing was good, they provided a hard copy proof and made all the adjustments we asked for. AND they were willing to label and mail all of our calendars for us versus us getting postage and mailing them ourselves, which was a huge bonus! Thanks so much! We will definitely be using QG Print again in the future! :)

Joe and Sam are simply the best. They always reply in a timely manner and really do want to ensure the project is just what you want. We have had the pleasure of working with Quality Graphics & Printing since the inception of our Foundation in 2010 with our office supplies, notepads, stationary, and marketing collateral. Since then we partnered with them to produce special case bound gift books with soft touch laminated covers, embossed foil stamped titles, and beautiful gilded edges. Sam and Joe have been designing and printing our annual referral directory for years now - we just completed the 7th edition. They are both super responsive to email and calls. The quality of their work is excellent and you can tell they really care for their customers. Their new Sterling location is so easy to get to. There is no one else locally or nationally that I trust better with our printing and design projects!
