He is only polite to Americans and not with other people who come from other countries ??

This is the worst bank ever! I went to the branch by Dulles Town Center mall and was told they don't carry cash. What kind of bank doesn't carry cash. Ridiculous! So they told me to go to the branch on Rt 7 in Sterling and they didn't have enough cash to cover the check and said it would take three business days for the cash to come in and they wanted to charge me 2% fee to cash a check that came from their bank. Are they crazy??? Horrible customer service and manager was terrible! Will never step foot in there again! And after reading all of the other reviews, everybody else feels the same. Bank of America is a fabulous bank and that is my bank!

hi , The worst bank in America.The manager of the bank Rory Todd Rovin was really awful. I went there to change my address. The manager said to me wait in my room until I come, and then he went to the toller and took care of other customers' work. After 20 minutes, I left the manager's room without taking care of my work. He told me to wait in my room, I'll be back. It was so late that I gave up and went back. The bank manager is a very horrible and irresponsible person, and he was not friendly and warm at all.I don’t like to go there again.

Hi , I went to the branch of pnc bank , the manager name is Rory Todd Rovin?? , he was really awful also this bank is the worse bank in the Usa.He ignored me until I leftI do not recommend this bank to anyone

I was there for an International Wire Transfer. I was greeted immediately, and met with Eduardo who helped me with the transfer. Eduardo explained to me every step of the process, and took time to explain to terms I wasn't familar with. He helped me validated the inforamtion so I can be sure the wire is send to the correct accountt. I was very pleased by the entire experience. Thanks Eduardo and PNC team.

Minus 10 every single time I go to this bank there is so much going on with the people in the office is talking about non-banking BS. You'll go and wait 30 minutes before someone to leave in acknowledge you're there I will never get back in the bank I only use the ATMs they are now

Always truly pleasant tellers and customer service representatives. The wait is a bit much some days though. They should try cross training some staff for teller and customer service roles.

I call them, they answer and then they hold my call and dont come back to the call. My personal banker haven’t answered my calls from 2 weeks either. The worst bank in America.

We came to this branch to open an account, they told us to make an appointment and wait for your turn, we waited for an hour for our appointment, but noticed that there is no point of making an appointment because they take another walk-in person then I ask what about our appointment? They have no answer and after I get upset then they took us.

I had ATM malfunctions twice within a few months. One ATM counted my money wrong and when I went to retrieve it, it got jammed. Had to file a dispute and wait days to have my money actually be deposited.The people here are great, but the systems are subpar at best. They charge you late fees on top of late fees without reaching out to fix the problem either. I had autopay set for my credit card to pay extra early, but they took it as paying extra late. Charged hundreds of late fees until I noticed. They wouldn't reimburse the full amount of late fees.Opened an account at another bank already, might move all my money out soon.

Slow service. Not enough chairs for clients to sit in while waiting. Clients aren't called back quickly enough. No sense of urgency here.
