“Peter saved me last week. My car broke down as I was leaving work, and so I called the closest auto shop to me, which was Sterling Automotive Service Center. Peter literally came to the place where my car was, put in a temporary battery so that I could drive to the shop, then fixed my car (I needed a new alternator) overnight. I just got back from an 800-mile round trip journey. No issues, and my car runs well with the new alternator. Peter was fast and didn't overcharge me, plus he saved me money on towing fees by coming to help me. I am very grateful.”

“I ordered tires from Walmart and when prompted if I needed installation, I did and scheduled an appointment, only for the next day to receive a cancellation notice. I received a notification that the tires arrived, along with a cancellation for my new appointment for tire installation. Made another appointment and, you know the rest. I went to pick up my tires having found somewhere to install them. The wait wasn't too long and my tires were brought right to me, and when I asked if I could get them installed, the answer was yes. I really didn't wait that long for it to be finished. The waiting room had a TV and WiFi, more than I expected. All in all, except for the online appointments, I'll say it was a very good experience.”

“I can't say enough good things about Casey's Automotive in Sterling. I was unhappy with the last auto shop I took my car to because they weren't transparent with the pricing. Casey's Automotive did an inspection of my car, then let me approve or reject each item needing to be fixed while telling me the price upfront. I got new tires and battery, and the pricing is competitive for the area. I'll be taking my car here from now on because they earned my trust.”
