“The do great high quality work. Sometimes they seem too busy to pay attention to little jobs, like $200 so you have to stay on them and yet they are fast, flexible and the end product is great. I've had them print soup can labels and they were helpful with the set up and picking the right way to affix the labels to the can.'”

“I had a bad experience with a delivery of a box of printing paper left unprotected under heavy rain. I filled à complain. 1: I was fully refund without problem by calling the customer service. 2: I received an email from a manager at the customer service department assuring me that they'd do the right thing. I hope they will offer me a free box of that paper as a gesture since I would have to re-order the package without the discount and do not trust the delivery guy.
