I highly recommend working with Laura for nutrition coaching! She helped me learn to change my eating habits to see long-term, sustainable results. This approach was so much more effective that traditional diet options for weight loss because it helped me to shift my overall approach to food and learn how to make better choices that I can sustain for the long-term.

I am so happy that my wife talked me into trying Noble Athletics back in 2019. Today, it makes me feel great and my body thanks me no doubt and has changed my life! The trainers/coaches have completely changed my outlook on fitness. The best part of my day is going to workout with them. The dedicated trainers/coaching staff are enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. They really do care about your well being. The atmosphere is fun, and load of positive energy. They have given me and my family a sense of accomplishment by pushing us all to do our best. We all love this place!!! Big props to Noble Athletics - Sterling VA. Highly recommend!!

Noble is an amazing place run by and full of amazing people. I’ve been going on and off - including lots of “off” - for 9 years. From the first time to the last return they’ve welcomed me and tailored the program to what I need. They’re exceptionally talented coaches and the workouts are well designed every time. The members are happy and motivated, and range from extremely advanced to very new. The facility is large, extremely well equipped and lovingly maintained. Health, fitness, and mobility - as well as strength - are their focus every day. I came in this time 40 and out of shape and they (carefully) got me moving right away. I simply love it.

A little nudging from my daughter got me to try Noble Athletics in Sterling. Four years later and hours of HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training) with Coach Dre (can’t thank him enough for challenging me and guiding me with humor and great support to reach goals I didn’t even know I wanted) have me in the best shape of my life. I’ve always been into exercising, but the program offered at Noble really got me out of my comfort zone —a good thing! The coaches work with you wherever you are in your fitness journey, and they strive to help you with any injuries or chronic body aches you might have. At 64, I have the energy and ability to play with and chase a 2yr. old grandson! The work is hard, the sweat is real, but the payoff is so worth it. And YOU’RE worth it! Self-care for your body and mind is a NOBLE effort indeed. ?

I love Noble Athletics for many reasons : the family oriented friendly atmosphere, every workout you have coaches watching you, guiding you, it’s like having your own personal trainer. I am not athletic lifting weights, rowing, running is definitely not my cup of tea BUT here I am loving it. I feel stronger, my back pain is gone, my knees don’t hurt … it’s a win win ?

10/10 would recommend this gym! I recently moved to the NOVA area and the owners, Nathan and Laura, were more than welcoming! Its very clear that this gym is dedicated to their people and their fitness journey. The programming and coaching staff at Noble is definitely a cut above! ??

I can’t say enough great things about Noble. I’d had been in a tight knit boot camp for years and really struggled with my decision to try CrossFit. Laura (the owner) and her coaches made me feel instantly apart of the community.When I started I was so nervous to lift and hurt myself because I’d read good and bad things. They truly do focus on form and making sure you are doing the movements correctly WITHOUT making you feel dumb.And lastly, the progress I’ve made through my coaches and class mates, especially in 6am class, in the last year is insane. I’m doing movements and beating goals I didn’t even know I could. Thanks Elvis and Rachel.I’m a year into it and am so happy I made the decision. Noble all the way!

The entire team at Noble are professional, motivating, and incredibly welcoming. I went in brand new not knowing what I was doing and I can honestly say its the best decision I ever made. Such a great community of members. 10/10! Recommend!

I started off very hesitant about crossfit. As this was my first time trying it. Nate the owner allowed me to try a class, so I can firsthand gauge what I am getting myself into. It's been 4 months now, I can confidently say this has been one of my best decisions. The coaching staff Dre, Ma, Laura etc are all very experienced, they worked with me to teach me proper form and technique. They consistently push everyone to do better. The concept of team comes alive during our workouts.

I’ve struggled finding a place to workout for years. Noble in Sterling is the cure! The coaches Ma, Dre, Laura, etc are so amazing and patient. The constant focus on technique and form is very reassuring . The members are all so kind and everyone motivates each other to keep going! I love it here! Highly recommend!
