The finance manager was really nice and worked on fixing the credit rating to improve loan rate.

I’m very disappointed @ the Finance manager at this locations. I’ve been chatting with a sales representative on purchasing a vehicle the vehicle price was $74,000 out the door I was putting down $60,000 but yet they couldn’t Close the deal with any of their banks that they work with I know my credit it’s that great but I’m putting $60k down I don’t see any risk the bank is taken. But their easy solution was why don’t I just buy the vehicle cash Or go to my bank and try to

Be an Honest company and repair cars you sell under warranty. Sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission and refuses to fix it, oh they did take it back the next day after buying and said it was fixed but did nothing, I took the car to two places that said it was a bad transmission but still refused to repair it. So now it will cost me nearly $4,000 for a new transmission. So much for a warranty...buyers beware, go elsewhere to buy your vehicle.

Be careful coming here. The service advisor was nice but his mechanic ruined my vehicle. I needed the lower floodlight changed to pass inspection. The grille is held in by pushpins there was only one in the grille. I found the others laying in the motor. The bumper is loose and shakes when driving over bumps and uneven pavement. The guards underneath fell off as the pushpins weren't put back in properly. There's no quality check coming out of a $1600 repair. Watch out, primitive Pete must work in th

BEWARE OF NAILS IN THE PARKING LOT So I recently brought in the first of new new vehicles in for their complementary check-up last week and wrote it up mistakenly under the dealership so have listed it below this review. Today was my wife's new Versa less than 2500 miles but 6 months so due for an oil change and inspection. All good an hour later and as I am leaving the parking lot I hear a flapping noise. I get out and look at the car. All seem ok. On my way back to Ashburn, when I stop at a light and accelerate, I hear the same noise. Worried I call my service person Seddik (who so far has been great) and he calls me back in and then I'm told there is a nail in the tire and to fix a plug its $40. Now can I afford $40. yes but after just checking the tires and filling it with air and giving the car back to me how is it possible there is a nail unless it happened in the parking lot. Its a brand new tire and if I had the nail when I came, they would have seen it when inspecting the tires. So I get upset and bottom line Seddik gets the patch plug taken care of speaking to the supervisor. However now I have my wife who gave me her new car and I'm returning it with a patch. She's not happy and neither am I. I'm glad Seddik got this done (he was good) but he nor I have ever experienced something like this before. So please be careful exiting and if you hear a flapping noise go right back from the parking lot as I should have done rather than think it was the mud guards flapping. really hoping in 6 months I have a 5 star rating when i bring both back for service ORIGINAL REVIEW POSTED UNDER SALES (lots of pictures) My first visit to Brown's Nissan Service after buying a new SUV 6 months ago. Making the appointment online was easy and I showed up before time for my appointment. The supervisor took my details and I asked a few questions on my SUV regarding equipment. There is drop off and pick-up. Its also close to target and Wegmans. It was for an oil change and I assumed probably 30 minutes but it took about 2 hours for service to be done. I can only hope they gave it a full run trough for the time, in which case it was worthwhile. The waiting area was not large but chairs spread out for the pandemic. Two areas blended but I saw some customers finding seats inside the showroom so I will too the next visit for safety reasons. I was spoiled by Ourisman Toyota which had a large area to spread out. Received the SUV back and left. When I reached home, I noticed they had changed a reading on my dashboard so had to call them (check before you leave). Also, an answer on AWD was different when I called back. Bit disappointed. Auto washing and cleaning was decent but missed some areas. A pleasant first experience . I have another visit this week for another vehicle. Will see how this visit goes.

I have always done the maintenance on my cars for the past 40 years. I purchased a car from Browns when I returned from a year in Afghanistan. When I purchased the car I also bought a service plan that included oil changes and tire rotations. I regret that I purchased the plan. Each time I come in for service they continually try to "upsell" something. Today they wanted to charge me $190 for rear transaxle fluid change. They were suppose to change it several months ago

Went for a routine oil change and was tricked into getting my inspection sticker updated by Service representative Andrew. Instead of being up front and making me aware of the pitfalls if I failed my inspection he quickly put my car for inspection which it failed. He then came back to me with a list of things that needed to be corrected before the car could past inspection with a total cost of 5,500 bucks not including the grand total of 8k in repairs he said. The car is a 2009 suv with 124k miles not worth the repairs according to the kelly blue book value. I was disgusted. What was even more hilarious was Andrew thought I would actually get those repairs done at that ripoff dealership. NEVER. I took my car elsewhere and the mechanic laughed and shook his head at the inspection paperwork, he knew it was a scam. I will never bring my nissan back there again. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere!

I've gone here twice now and I have say I've received superb service each time. The first time I went was for battery problems. I got a new battery and terminals replaced pretty quickly. The second time was last week. I heard a faint whining noise on my back driver side that increased with acceleration. I kinda diagnosed the problem myself and was right!!! The problem was a wheel bearing. I was quoted a price which I cross priced with another local repair place and with the Nissan dealer in Georgia where my car was purchased. Afterwards, I decided the quoted price was fair and I approved the go ahead to complete the work. I was given a pretty accurate time for part retrieval and the work. I was also provided with a pretty nice Altima service vehicle while the repair was performed. This was early on Christmas Eve so I still had errands to run before stores closed. The work was completed in a timely manner and I received a nice military discount, win win!!! Both rear wheel bearings replaced and nice car wash completed with vacuuming and tire shine all in a timely manner along with excellent customer service!!! I was weary based on some negative reviews, but based on both of my experiences, I will continue to use this Nissan for future services for my 2012 Nissan Armada!!! :) Nice waiting area with drinks, WiFi, and television also available.
