FAKE CHARGES!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I went to my appointment a few months ago and they charge me 4 times my deductible fee saying that because I hadn't met my deductible they had to charge that amount, I payed thinking when they billed my insurance they will refund me... WRONG!!!!!!! the lady at the front desk made it so difficult for me to get my money back, even with proof of my insurance saying that I only owed them the deductible fee, I called several times and she only said the she had to email someone to get this resolved and that this was the only way to fix this. The last time I called she said that nobody had reply to her email (several weeks passed, so I think she never even send any email) and she told me that I couldn't call no one because the only way to fix this was her emailing someone. So I search and search and call several numbers until I reached corporate and they refunded me my money within two business days of talking to them. So easy and fast, with no fuzz at all. They said they had no idea why the lady from this location didn't want to return my money in the first place. Corporate was surprised of this. I hope they investigate this office because this is not right at all, maybe they have done this to more people and they don't even know.So beware of this office and their staff, DO NOT PAY THEM MORE THAN WHAT YOU SHOULD!!!!

I do not recommend this store to anyone honestly. They’re not professional and customer service was ZERO.❌I brought my parents glasses from here but they had very bad behavior. my parents were not comfortable with their Glasses and we went other places and bought new glasses. also we were waiting until 2 hours after that she said we are not able to take care of them.

Picked my parents glasses but they are blurry. They can’t see right. Went back to fix speak with them about it, they made it wait for 1 hour then came back saying sorry we can’t see you today. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst eyeglass store I have ever encountered in my life. There's absolutely no after-sales service, and the new glasses I got broke in less than a year. This is not the quality and service one should expect from glasses that cost thousands of dollars.

Dr. Jeff Chuh and Autumn have *both* been so very helpful, thoughtful, and generous with their time and patience! Some doctors can be great but working with their staff can be unpleasant or vice-versa. Highly recommend this particular My Eye Doctor location!

Bad experience, you arrive and wait for someone to help you and they don't even greet you. The receptionist is rude. I think as a company they have to have good staff to serve customers.

I had accidentally stepped on my glasses and popped out a lens. The frame was tweaked and the lens didn’t want to go back in. Spontaneous I went into this establishment and asked if they could do anything. They were very gracious and fixed up my frames in minutes. No charge! Definitely worth 5 stars!!

The staff here rushes patients out the door when choosing glasses and then takes an incredibly long time to have the glasses ready.

To be clear the main doctor and the doctoral resident (?) were very nice, but the staff was extremely rude.In particular, the short Asian salesman at the front was abrasive and rude to multiple customers.The first incident (while I was waiting for my appointment) involved the front desk attendant. A customer was late to their appointment. It happens, but no problem, either see them still or say they need to reschedule.The woman in the front counter instead of just saying what needs to be done says, "you're late, so no appointment", and instead of just saying "you'll have to reschedule", she said something along the lines of "you should've shown up on time", and came just short of calling her an idiot. Where is the professionalism?In the second incident, the short Asian salesman was incredibly abrasive and rude upon hearing up front that I had no interest of buying frames from them. I buy my frames from Costco, and always have.Instead of saying, "okay, have a nice day", he starts arguing with me and belittling my choice: "the reason why their [Costco's] frames are so cheap is because they're low quality". This statement isn't even true; you can get Gucci glasses at Costco if you want.I understand he's probably paid by commission, but when given an firm no, he persisted and insulted. One can only imagine what kind of person he is outside of work...I could go into more detail about the short Asian salesman. He did aggressively upsell to the people before us all the while being rude even about payment, but I think you get the idea.

This was my first visit at the Sterling/ Dulles location and the Doctor and staff were fantastic. Helpful, courteous and prompt. Brian helped me pick the perfect frames. I would recommend anyone looking for a good experience at an eye doctor book an appointment with this Sterling location.

Brian helped me and my husband pick a pair of sunglasses. Very happy with his service. He was helpful, gave great feedback, and just guided us to pick the right kind of sunglasses for us. He was friendly yet professional and took time in helping us. He will go places!!

Brian was super helpful in picking out frames. He was friendly, but honest about whether frames actually looked good on you or not, and worked hard to help us find ones that we liked and looked good!
