Best buying experience I have ever had. Jarrod was excellent. No pressure, fantastic communication. Signed papers on Thursday, and the car was in my driveway 1,000 miles away on Friday night. Amazing service!

Best experience ever. Jarod was incredible and so easy to deal with. Spoke to us a few times on the phone and when we went to pick up car. Sat with us and told us everything we needed to know. Jarrod, at Motorcars Washington, was beyond expectations to work with. This was my first time buying a vehicle out of state, not to mention something exclusive, I'm in Cincinnati area he walked me though what I needed over phone and text to make the process seamless. I made the drive to pick up and pay in person but I wouldn't hesitate to just handle it over the phone with him next time and ship it sight unseen. Made the process amazingly simple; he meet me early in the morning off hours since I was coming in from out of town, super accommodating, and had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived. The showroom is absolutely beautiful too. I am a business owner myself and Jarrod gives us all something to look up to in professionalism and customer service.

Yesterday I purchased my first Bentley from Motorcars Washington. When the car got first listed I called and made a deal with Jarrod. I flew 450 miles without even seeing the car and he came to meet me at the Airport. When I saw the Bentley in the building I was OMG it was incredible!!!! I asked Jarrod why he doesn't emphasis on pictures and advertising he said " I want people to be surprised not disappointed" What can I say? No better surprise for me than this car and Jarrod's attitude.
