Lost my phone and successfully replaced it at ATT and as before, go to Cellaris for accessories. Trevor is now managing day to day very well and with tremendous customer service and personality. Wherever you get your phone, save money and have a great service experience with Cellaris and Trevor. Trevor had my cover coming in but did surgery on my old cover to accommodate camera, and got me new plug for my USB to the new phone connection(different from my previous phone). Perfect complement for any phone you get anywhere in the mall. GO!.Just had to commend the Cellaris team (father and son) for their outstanding service and value. I first met the team when I bought a new phone st the ATT store and a salesman there told me not to buy at ATT but to run down a floor at the mall (they are located near the food court elevator as a hallway kiosk). Yesterday my partner needed a new cover for her I phone and the kiosk had five shelves of options which they let me sort through (sending photos to my partner). It turns out she had a different model then I thought so I had to exchange the cover. Though the model needed a bigger cover the exchange had no additional charge. Today my partner wanted a new phone as her screen had multiple cracks and was difficult to read. Noticing the kiosk also did repairs we dropped it off and went shopping. Got a text within 30 minutes that the screen wss done and my partner and I agree it looked like new. Fair price and saved a significant expense. If you need a cell phone cover or repairs, GO. You won't regret it.”
