Wow- words can’t express how much I love this place!! Zhenxia was super helpful and eased any tension I had. Would come back for her and others wonderful service! Super easy to make an appointment and do a pre-check in!

This place was great. I was worried about going to any urgent care type place but was forced to since it was a Sunday and I needed a strept test. I set my appt right online, and press a button on my phone to let them know I was there- they were calling my name as I was walking up for appt. Rachel the FNP was amazing - took her time, and cares. Definitely longer than I’ve spent with most doctors!

STAY AWAY FROM THE CVS MINUTE CLINIC!! Zhenxia Shuai at this location is very rude and was yelling at me and everyone in the store could hear her. I even asked her to not tell. I made an appointment online. I also received a text message to confirm that I was coming the morning of my appointment. When I arrived at the clinic I was rudely told that “we don’t do heart screenings anymore we have reached our quota!” QUOTA!! “You can call our 800#” I had a voucher. I called the 800# and they said that “everything is automated and we don’t have control over the online appointments or the texts. If the store said they reached their limit then they don’t have to call you and neither do we. Read your voucher its states while supplies last!” Everyone is rude and don’t care about customer service. I took time on my day off to go to the clinic and was never told that I was unable to use my voucher anymore. They never even gave me an option of doing the screening without the voucher and paying for it myself. I am never using the CVS Minute Clinic again. STAY AWAY!

Horrible experience with the nurse. She showed no empathy or acted liked she cared. She tried to pressure me to do lab work and am eye exam which I did not go there for that. She was ready to call the paramedics because my BP was elevated. Went to my endrocologist after this appointment and a simple change with my medications was all that was needed and had my labs done there. Will not go back to this location.
