Just purchased my 4th MINI from Abraham Evans from MINI of Sterling. He is truly a joy to work with and gentleman. He knows the cars inside and out and patiently helped me find the perfect car for me. I would definitely refer him to others and I will definitely be back in the future.

The wife and I took her mini in for an oil change in October 2023.As soon as we pulled in. The service adviser started tells us a list of services the car needed. With out even looking at it. We told him her car was just in for an oil change.He then told us they was going to do an inspection of her car. Again we said no. Just do the oil change.When they got the oil change done and they was checking us out. They gave us a list of things they found in the inspection. We was like what. We said not to do the inspection.We took her car in yesterday for new brakes. Since mini of Sterling told us the brakes was bad. The brake garage we went to looked at them and said they still had many miles on them.So I have lost any trust in Mini of Sterling. Since they try to get repaired done on her car with out even looking at the car itself. Plus getting a second opinion on the brakes and they are fine.Might I add the car has 36000 miles on it. It is 5 years old.My advice for Mini of Sterling is don' t trouble shoot my car from your computer.LOOK At it. THEN TRY TO SALE ME A SERVICE.That is if I decide to let you touch me car again.

I brought my Mini Countryman JCW in for alignment and the night before my appointment I started having problems with the alarm going off when the doors were locked. The mechanics said the Interstate battery that my family mechanic had installed for me was not properly communicating with the car, and he thought that was why I was having some electrical issues like alarm going off. So I had to buy the $500 Mini battery which is working great but the price is ridiculous especially since the Interstate battery was only 6 months old, and was the battery my neighborhood mechanic said was the right one for the mini countryman, so the whole episode was a big waste of $$$ for me, and I’m not yet convinced the Mini shop couldn’t do anything to configure the Interstate battery to ‘talk’ to my car.My family mechanic had tried to align it but told me he thought I would need to take it in to the dealer to get it right, which is a sign of an honest mechanic The alignment job seems to be a good job though the car still pulls to the left slightly on flat roads that have no slope to the left.

My overall experience with Marco in servicing my 2018 Mini Countryman was OUTSTANDING by every measure. Marco was very conscientious in ensuring that all required services were accomplished correctly and he was very prompt in keeping me informed of repair progress. A wonderful service experience!!

Jeff kept me updated on all aspects of diagnosing and fixing a steering issue that I had taken to two other (closer) shops with no results. He worked with my odd work schedule so I could be back on the road safely without missing a day. Highly recommend!

Abraham was great with buying the car, he deserves 5 stars. Couldn’t ask for anything better. The finance manager Kaled has been completely unresponsive since purchase. So if there’s someone else you can work with on that part I’d recommend it. Otherwise great experience.

Jeff was awesome to deal with when the belt broke on my countryman on the way to work. Was able to get me in immediately as I limped her over. There was other work that I had planned to get done at my usual dealer, but I was so impressed I had it all done here. Definitely making Sterling my home dealer now

Always professional, never pressuring, with real expertise about the vehicles they service. Plus, they do a great job explaining what my car might need without applying any pressure for services that I need to delay or decline. I expect to continue going to them even after my service warranty ends.

My experience at Mini of Sterling was truly a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. Matthew Tillman went above and beyond, providing me with all the information to make a decision (even clarifying things that other dealers had never been able to do). The process was fully transparent and there were none of the typical shenanigans that other dealerships try to pull, particularly on women. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Mini of Sterling.

My Mini Countryman was due for some substantial service. This most recent visit was my third opportunity to have my vehicle serviced at Mini of Sterling and my second time with Service Advisor Jeff Shade. As always, I've found him to be proactive, thorough and following up on every detail of the service appointment. He's explains the work that needs to be done in layman's terms and ensures that you understand all of the work that is to be accomplished. Jeff is what has my MINI leasing experience awesome despite my lease term coming to an end. As a female, I have never felt ripped of by his suggestions or inquiries with my vehicle.
