Great service from all sides, highly recommend getting a spa pedicure!! Everyone I've been paired with has been courteous and skilled, great place if you need a quick service or have some time to relax.

I have been here before and it was always perfectly average, but on todays visit it was terrible. I don't know if the guy was new or what but one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. I still had salt scrub on my feet and he did not even run the lotion in all the way. There was no scrub so my heels and bottom of my feet don't look any better than when I started and no massage. I will probably go get another pedicure this weekend because besides the paint my feet look no better and it's now sandal season.

Wow I never expected to witness such stupidly rude customer service. For a while I felt Im in a third world country. Came out to check if Im still in the US. It seem they all together had period, everyone there rude, mean and more importantly they keep cursing customers. I felt bad for the owner of this facility.

This place is amazing! I have been going here since 2017 and it’s the only place I will go to. Everyone is nice, the place is beautiful and always very clean. The pedicures are always good. I see Nina for my nails and she does the most incredible nails & nails designs. I have never been disappointed with any service here, I would recommend it to anyone!

I love Metro Nail Bar (sterling) and especially Nina. Between the shaping and nail color choices I found my spot. I come to Nina with design ideas and she has no issue executing. 10/10 recommend, just don't take my appt spot. :)

I've frequently been to this nail salon for the past few months and their service has proven to be consistently stunning. They never fail to provide me the best pedicures and manicures of all the salons I've visited. It's always kept clean and the nail technicians are very nice and friendly.

I’ve never been disappointed by this salon. As soon as I come in, they offer refreshments and they have a great r&b music playlist playing. I always go to Nina for my nail appointments, she does a great job with any design I ask for! Even though this shop opens at 10am, they will come in as early as 9am to accommodate you. I’d highly suggest this place! I’ll attach a few photos of some of the sets Nina has done for me in the past.

Horrible experience … my nails were cut super short, left all bumpy, my hands were purple all over and the nail tech tried to file my fingers when I told her about it. This is after she cut my fingers with the nail file. She then asked for a tip ???

Best nail service in Northern Virginia. I’ve frequented since their opening many years ago and have consistently received outstanding manicures and pedicures. The salon is beautifully appointed and very clean.

I went here to get my nails done for the holidays. I just wanted gel nail polish and I asked if they could do nail art on two of my nails. I just wanted a simple snow flake. The nail tech showed me some nail stickers to choose from. I was shocked this is what they call nail art. Then she did such a sloppy job trying to use nail glue my nails were all lumpy. I have never seen such horrible work. Then they charge for this said nail art extra money. Bottom line don’t waste your money or time. There are better nail salons in the area that you could go to that actually know how to do a better job and know how to do nail art and have better service.

My first time at this salon. Visited with someone and they agreed that the experience was fair. Charged us each $7 for "callus treatment". I have never had to pay extra for that service when getting a pedicure at any local salon or salon in the world. I totally felt taken advantage of. One and done.

My daughter, mom, and I have been coming for a few months now. The atmosphere is always great, the shop is always clean, and the staff is super inviting. They take their time with each customer, including my 8yo. They treat her just like any adult customer that comes in. They are great with designs and the pedis are amazing!

I SENT MY TWO DAUGHTER IN LAWS TO METRO NAILS DURING THE HOLIDAYS TO GET THEIR NAILS DONE. THIS USED TO BE A GREAT SALON… but now it is about getting as much $$ as they can… The male manicurist did a sloppy, imprecise french manicure… the other manicurist used thick old nail polish that resulted in a gloppy job.
The real disaster was that my daughter had her eyebrows waxed and, after making it clear that she wanted just a clean up… took off half of her brow thickness. She came home in tears… I will NEVER send or go to this salon again…
