I just got done with purchasing a brand new mattress from this store. I had a great time talking with the salesmen, they were not pushy at all and gave me a run down of exactly what I needed to know to make an informed decision. I haven’t seen better sales at any other mattress store in NOVA, I highly recommend this place

firas was amazing! he was very attentive but also gave us all the space we needed to discuss what we wanted! he was very transparent with costs and what’s the best bang for our buck! can’t wait for our new mattress!

Would absolutely shop here again!The purchase process was quick and efficient. I was able to try a great cheap mattress in store (though they also had many more expensive options too) and delivery was free!Purchasing here ended up being a better deal than what I was planning to order from Amazon and I was able to test it myself before buying.Craig was an exceptional sales person and went above and beyond to be kind to my young child! To quote my child, "I liked him a lot. He asked me fun questions!"

I have been very pleased with service from this location at Potomac Run Plaza. Firas (manager and salesman) has been outstanding. He provides excellent service and is available all the time. The one time he was out, Tharindu (salesman) filled in and was also friendly and easy to work with.Also, the delivery/haul off team has been flawless. They are prompt, fast, efficient, and careful.Lastly, the 120-day return/exchange policy is completely legitimate. I originally bought a Medium mattress and used for 80+ days, which was comfortable but started to give me lower back pain due to lack of support. I had absolutely no problems returning the bed and getting a new Firm mattress. They came within a few days, delivered the new Firm mattress, and hauled off the used Medium mattress.It is really nice to see a company operate as this one does.

Service was great and quick and I was able to find a solution that worked in my price range. My sleep expert Tharindu was patient and not overbearing as I tried out different mattresses at my own pace.I only wish the location had some of the newer online options I’ve seen such as nectar and helix mattresses so I could compare, but I did leave having selected a mattress that I know I’ll be happy with

The sales people Mo and Firas really took their time and were really patient with my husband and I on our purchase.They were professional and personable and made the sale really easy. I need felt pressure to make the purchase like I do in other store. I was really happy and am very satisfied.

Sales person Firas and in-store service was amazing. Highly recommended to visit them to understand all the beds and see them in person. Customer service is excellent!Here-onwards is the review of the used mattress bought from here but which is shipped from a different warehouse, thus its not a representation of the staff at this location but really it's warehouse and/or cleaning practices of used mattresses:We bought a used mattress from here that was supposed to be sanitized and clean. Though it looks fine, it reeks of cigarette smoke. And now the room smells as well.Update 1:The store scheduled a replacement, unfortunately it was the same issue again and the delivery person also rejected it after smelling it. But I'm pleased to see they tried to fix the issue... this must be a warehousing or cleaning process issue then.Update 2:The store was able to correct the issue. Really appreciate their efforts.

I bought a mattress at this location last month for my brother. This was the 4th mattress I have purchased at this store over the years. Charmayne, the salesperson, was very helpful and super nice. Her colleague Firas was excellent as well. They delivered the mattress on time and my brother was very happy with it. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this location.

Very knowledgeable, sales person fasma. So helpful when the sales person actually knows the product. Very friendly very easy to work with. I hope the delivery and assembly is as pleasant as the choosing of the mattress.

I’m so grateful for Firas’s incredible customer service and attention to detail. He made shopping for my elderly Father’s mattress a simple and pleasant experience. He was kind, compassionate and thorough. He met all of my Dad’s needs for comfort and kept him well within budget with a great price. I’ll be back for sure!
