The finance manager Jamie-lee Schubert is also very helpful during the buying and selling process to ensure all your questions are answered as this can always be a bit of a stressful situation. I have been looking for a 911 4S for almost 2 years. I finally decided to pull the trigger and trade in my Cayenne AWD hybrid. Going into Maserati of Washington was painless, Rafael was great we talked about foreign cars and personnel passions. Then finally talked numbers no pressure at all had an expresso and sparkling water and made the transition. Rafael was honest and transparent. I highly recommend Maserati of Washington to anyone who is looking at purchasing an exotic car with the ultimate customer experience.

Just purchased a new Maserati Grecale. I definitely appreciated the staff and their assistance. I would recommend Svitlana, she was very helpful and made sure that I was well taken care of, even when there was a mixup about which car I was looking at, and they gave me a discount for another car, they honored that discount on the vehicle I ended up getting. Gave me very fair amount for my trade and everyone on the sales team was very friendly and welcoming!!

I recently inquired about a used vehicle at Maserati of Washington. Shaw immediately reached out to provide additional information about the car, and we set up a time to visit the dealership. My experience at the dealership was incredible. Every aspect of the process, from the test drive to driving away in the car, was truly top notch. I was only there to look at a used car, but Shaw treated me as if I was a long-time, returning customer. I had my young sons with me, and Shaw gave them an experience they'll never forget. He took the time to show them around the dealership, and he answered all of their questions about the various cars that were on site.
This was truly an easy and enjoyable experience. Maserati of Washington, and especially Shaw, provided me (and my boys) with the best car buying experience I could've asked for. Thank you!

I recently purchased a 2022 Maserati MC20 from Maserati of Washington and I can tell you that it was the best experience I have had buying a car. I don’t normally leave reviews but this transaction deserves an excellent rating.There was absolutely no pressure sales and every aspect of the transaction was a pleasure!!!
